- Well...screamo, emo, punk, core aren't metal dude. They're just scene kid music. Real metal subgenres are stuff like death metal, black metal, doom metal, thrash metal, power metal, and their many subgenres aswell..melodic black metal, symphonic black..etc. There are many good bands out now, under these subgenres...if you've never heard of them you should definitly check 'em out dude. I love just about all subgenres of metal. (Not hardcore and screamo) haha Oh and by the way... Meshuggah is Metalcore. Hardcore dude. Not metal.

- It has more to do with the properties of wood and metal. Wood is lightweight, flexible, and quite durable for a natural material. Metal does not yield easily, but deforms if taken beyond its capability; it also needs expensive treatment to resist exposure to water. Wood also resists cold better than metal. Metal conducts heat faster than wood, but this means that a cold metal stick would chill your hands worse than wood. Metal may offer strength, but you probably wouldn't want to deal with it when your opponent is pissed off and looking to bash your skull in. The arguments are somewhat moot to begin with, since synthetic materials such as carbon fiber are now more sought after than either wood or metal.

- Generally aluminium is used for making aeroplanes. TO be specific Duraluminium is used in the construction of the aircrafts body. This has a property of great strength and light weight and hence is suitable for aircrafts. For smaller aircrafts a special fabric is generally utilized for covering up the frame work.

- I'll just recommend what I usually do :) First of all the basics: Slayer, Anthrax, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dio, and Megadeth are a must!! Those are the classics and they are just AWESOME, so start off with them! Some other pretty good bands: Cannibal Corpse Arch Enemy Killswitch Engage Racer X Necrophagist The black dahlia murder Protest the hero Dream Theater Symphony X The last 3 are more of a progessive metal, but you still might enjoy it. I saw that a few mentioned Dethlok, they are like a comedic metal band based off of a cartoon series, haha but I do like them. Here are some links to a few good metal bands. Enjoy :)
