Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes
Properties:
Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.
The main application of electrolytic manganese metal flakes:
Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.
Standard
YB/T 051--93
Application
Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.
Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance of metal alloy applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology, chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

- Q: Some people at school were babbling about metal (God only knows if they know what they were talking) and I heard them say something like There's heavy metal, death metal, and soft metal and the Living Encyclopedia Metallum (me) turns around an says something like WTF is soft metal and the answer I got was it really sucks? What is this?

- Q: thnx !
- Melodic Death Metal for sure. I do listen to quite a lot of different sub-genres of Metal, but Melodeath is definitely my favourite. Others sub-genres I enjoy include Black Metal and Power Metal.
- Q: What are the differences between metals, non-metals, and metalloids? How do they help us in our everyday lives?
- Very few metals exist in the elemental state due to their chemical activity. Gold and copper can be found as elemental metals. Most metals occur in nature as compounds such as metal oxides, metal sulfides, etc Metals can be extracted from their compounds by chemically combining the compound with an electron donor (reducing agent) or by electrolysis as used in refining aluminum from its ore. Google refining of metals and see what you find.
- Q: I love metal music. Absolutely am amazed by the greatness almost every genre puts out. But truthfully I can't STAND black metal they paint a horrible picture on metal as a whole in my opinion. I cant tell you how many people think the entire music genre and its sub genres are all devilish. Not only can I not stand all their anti Christian devil worshiping themes. But their screeching is dreadful in my opinion. My favorite subgenre personally is Melodic Death Metal. But I can't stand Black. What genre do you guys dislike the most?
- Metal. Definitely metal.
- Q: I thought Slipknot was death metal, everyone says it's nu metal. So, what exactly is the definition of death metal? I thought it was heavy metal where the vocalist screams.
- Basically, metal that was formed to bridge progresstive rock with metal, stealing the traits of both. It is more deatiled than ordinary metal, with odd time signatures that provide a unique effect. Read the article:
- Q: Bands like metallica have songs about fantasy like phantom lord and war for whom the bell tolls , war and fantasy are both subjects of power metalAnd both play very fast They both came out when metal was evolving and 3 or 4 genres came out like Doom, death, black, thrash, power and for the last 4 it was hard to tell apart in the early days BQ cronos of venom said he considers venom in the genre of power metal do you agreeBQ was king diamond an influence on power metal vocalist
- yes, okorder
- Q: whats the coolest metal drum intro in metalcore or what ever branch of metal.
- Soft Metal. Does that even exist?
- Q: I will give you a hint:real metal-megadeth,fake metal-metallica.So what do you think is the answer?
- Yeah! Video Armaggedon. The devil watches you through the whole game. The clouds have eyes, the hills have eyes. Yeah literally, the hills have eyes. [referring to Toad's text Oh, thank heavens!] Thanks heaven, and we know that there's no need to thank heaven unless there's the presence of hell! There's 8 worlds. In the 8th world there's 5 spaces you can stand on where giant hands drag you down to your doom. There's 12 tanks you've got to jump on before the goal. And it takes me 12 jumps to get Bowser to fall down the hole. The 8th letter of the alphabet is H, 5 equals E, 12 equals L, what's that spell? HELL! And what's it sound like when you play the game backwards? [game plays backwards revealing some backwards whispering] This game's a product of the ******* devil. And none of the other Mario games are like that so I don't know why it's only this one. But in conclusion, all I can say is that other than being the total epitome of evil, Super Mario Bros. 3, it's a good game. So good, it's a sin.
- Q: I hear about all sorts of genres of metal, and don't particularly feel like looking them up on wikipedia. Can you give me general characteristics/definitons about, but not limited to:Black MetalDeath MetalExtreme MetalPower Metaland could you also give me some really good examples of each? Thanks! Also, any other genres of metal you feel like defining would be much appreciated. Thanks again!
- All cheaper, non-precious metals are called 'base metal'. That includes copper, brass, bronze, pewter, iron, tin, zinc and so on. Precious metal are gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium and a few others. Metals are 'precious' because they are rare (expensive), beautiful etc. A lot of base metal is very beautiful on it's own (I love solid copper and brass/bronze jewelry), but most commercially available base metal jewelry is plated (with gold or rhodium/silver) to look like precious metal. That's where the problems start. The plating wears off after a short while and the base metal starts being visible. If it is pinkish, it is copper. So, as far as I am concerned, you are fine if you buy solid base metal. That way, the base metal is polished and sealed (check out the link below for some shiny copper earrings) and you can clean it to a bright color. It's the plated metal, I would stay away from, especially for a ring.
