Properties:
Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.


 The main application of electrolytic manganese metal flakes:


Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.  

 

Introduction 

Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

Do not wonder. alkali metals have only i electron in their outer shell, thus having an incomplete octet. If they lose an electron they achieve octet configuration. Thus they are very reactive. On reacting with water they form respective hydroxides.

1. Whiny teenage angst lyrics 2. Whiny Vocals 3. They don't play riffs, they down tune their guitars and play chugging power chords Metal does not feature mediocre instrumentation, but Korn does, therefore they are not metal in my opinion. Metal should be insanely complex and technical.

A:it doesn't have to be brutal to be metal; power metal(i.e. Dragonforce) is quite melodic and listenable B:it doesn't have to be fast to be metal; doom metal i.e. Saint Vitus, Black Sabbath(sorta) can be slow as hell. Rock often makes references to its bluesy roots, and has powerchords played alongside a few rhythmic chords. Metal is often stand-alone distorted riffs and focuses on notes more than chords. Metal, as of now, often employs more foreign, exotic, and dark scales in its guitar solos; egyptian, spanish , etc. i won't explain since i assume you don't play guitar.Of course, many forms of metal focus on extreme technique, so you won't hear sweep picking and crazy exotic scales in rock, but just enough to be 'filler'. Metal seems to have a disattached worldview, with the exception of some of the emo-core genres and nu metal; Thrash is about war; black metal is about satan and forests; death metal is about killing; power metal is about epic flights on dragons; doom metal is philosophical or apocalyptic; the lyrics rarely relate to real-world problems that face teenagers,whereas rock is often more personal.
Q:Metalheads being against Hair/Glam Metal?
Technically (or by the book) as a genre by themselves, no. When mixed with Extreme Metal type genres yes. There are a few bands that have these characteristics like the Power/Death of Into Eternity, Mercenary and Unleash The Archers and Progressive Black Metal of Ne Obliviscaris. Check 'em out. Personally I hate the term of 'Extreme Metal' because it really means nothing, kinda like Nu Metal which is a group of genres that music critics either don't want to take the time to put a name to their style with any sort of accuracy or too lazy to. It's the let's just throw a band in this genre and done with it mentality. Metal has been mish-mashing for more than 40 years in an extreme genre that bands strive to be different from one another. To call one Metal band extreme and not another is separated by mere degrees and really not worthy of my time to worry about.

Ok well first off I'm not sure if ignorant is the right word. What you're describing is closed mindedness. Secondly it's all a matter of opinion so there really is no right or wrong answer to what's good or what's bad. The only real wrong reason to listen to something would be if it's only to be part of a trend which is something these kind of people are hyper aware of. I'm not saying other forms of metal are trendy but I am saying that being true to yourself and not caring what other people think is a big part of metal culture. Now lastly by saying that by not listening to more than one type of metal makes you not a metalhead you're passing judgment and being hypocritical. Still I agree metalheads should be more open minded, but of they don't want too it's their loss. I don't give crap what anybody does.
