5. What is Magnesium Alloys?
Magnesium alloys are mixtures of magnesium with other metals (called an alloy), often aluminum, zinc, manganese, silicon, copper, rare earths and zirconium. Magnesium is the lightest structural metal. Magnesium alloys have a hexagonal lattice structure, which affects the fundamental properties of these alloys. Plastic deformation of the hexagonal lattice is more complicated than in cubic latticed metals like aluminium, copper and steel; therefore, magnesium alloys are typically used as cast alloys, but research of wrought alloys has been more extensive since 2003. - Q:Black metal is never normally really associated with technical skill although there are definitely bands that are more than proficient. Some however seem to stand out abit more, and one of those bands imo is Abgott.
- Modern technical death metal is pretty god awful. As well as modern brutal death metal. Luckily the rise of new-old school death metal bands is overtaking the influence of those terrible, terrible bands. And Its not as bad as Nintendocore..., HEY, there's only one nintendocore band and that's HORSE the Band, and HORSE the Band rules. But if you would consider crunkcore in the metal spectrum (which I probably wouldn't), then it is far and away the worst. But apart from that, probably nu-metal. I still love System of a Down and Deftones and I still respect Slipknot for getting me into extreme metal (I know they're not extreme metal themselves, but they got me into it), but just about every nu-metal band otherwise sounds absolutely boring as hell to me.
- Q:When I say new age metal I mean metalcore (Bands-All That Remains, Killswitch Engage), death metal (Beneath The Massacre, Cannibal Corpse), groove metal (Chimaira, Lamb Of God), and the like. Many people are disgusted at them but I prefer them to the classic types of metal...power metal and other genres like it. I'd just like to know why so many people diss new age metal.

- Metals cannot react with each other individually. Theymay only displace each other from their metal salts depending on their lace on the reactivity series. E.g AgCl + Na ---> NaCl (table salt) + Ag(silver metal) This is known as a displacement reaction. When we hear the name stainless steal or brass and itis a combination of metals, they aren't actually reacted but combined like a mixture.You can say it is like makinga cake e.g stainless steal is a combination of iron, nickel and chromium.
