PPGI:
1, Introduction: Color coated steel coils(sheets), i. E. PPGI, also called prepainted steel coils(sheets), are made of galvanized steel coils(sheets) with polymer coatings as surface. It's a new enclosure material and building board with characteristics of light-weighted, heat preserved&insulated, easily installed with bright colors.

2, Production Process: Pretreatment(Degreasing)_Drying_Chromating_Paint Basic Oil_Cooling_Drying_Color Coating_Cooling_Film-covering_Rolling Up

3, Characteristics:
Good at corrosion resistence. Besides zinc coating of the basic plate of galvanized steel sheet, the color coating as the surface has double lifetime to ensure better anticorrosion effect.

With excellent cold bending molded manufacturablity, PPGI products can be processed or directly used as final product. As being light-weighted and conveniently transported, they're widly used to replace wood to save energy.

There're thousands of colors can be chosen as per different application. Any color plays well in decoration.

No pollution with high recycling rate, PPGI coils and sheets are strongly recommended as enviroment-friendly products by the government.

4, Appliance: Thanks to the above characteristics, color coated steel coils and sheets are widly used in construction, furniture industry, transportation industry, ect.

5, eye bands and 4 circumferential bands in steel, galvanized metal fluted rings on inner and outer edges, galvanized.

FAQ:

Q1: Why buy Materials & Equipment from OKorder.com?

A1: All products offered byOKorder.com are carefully selected from China's most reliable manufacturing enterprises. Through its ISO certifications, OKorder.com adheres to the highest standards and a commitment to supply chain safety and customer satisfaction.

Q2: How do we guarantee the quality of our products?

A2: We have established an advanced quality management system which conducts strict quality tests at every step, from raw materials to the final product. At the same time, we provide extensive follow-up service assurances as required.

Q3: How soon can we receive the product after purchase?

A3: Within three days of placing an order, we will begin production. The specific shipping date is dependent upon international and government factors, but is typically 7 to 10 workdays.

Q4: What makes stainless steel stainless?

A4: Stainless steel must contain at least 10.5 % chromium. It is this element that reacts with the oxygen in the air to form a complex chrome-oxide surface layer that is invisible but strong enough to prevent further oxygen from "staining" (rusting) the surface. Higher levels of chromium and the addition of other alloying elements such as nickel and molybdenum enhance this surface layer and improve the corrosion resistance of the stainless material.

Q5: Can stainless steel rust?

A5: Stainless does not "rust" as you think of regular steel rusting with a red oxide on the surface that flakes off. If you see red rust it is probably due to some iron particles that have contaminated the surface of the stainless steel and it is these iron particles that are rusting. Look at the source of the rusting and see if you can remove it from the surface.

Q:At what temperature would steel evaporate?
Steel is to broad. There are many types of steel with different melting/boiling points. Iron* has a boiling point of 5182 °F and a Heat of vaporization of 340 kJ·mol−1. iron is the main ingredient of steel, along with carbon and other various elements.
Q:Can I load my own steel core ammo?
I'm a reloading trainer. This you can do - however - you are going to not be capable to re-use the powder considering the fact that you have no idea what it's, and, what the difference is between the old bullets and your new ones. As you already know - even bullets of the identical weight can have a gigantic change in stress kind one brand to one more. You're going to need to slowly work up a load, identical to a ordinary reloading load. Pulling inexpensive bullets and re-using the manufacturing unit primed case is in reality beautiful normal. I most commonly take the FN 5.7x28mm and pull the Horndy 40gr manufacturing unit - then insert the 69gr into them. The powder is discarded and i re-use those 40gr ones in my 223/5.56mm varmint gun.
Q:ALLOY, GUNMENTAL OR STAINLESS STEEL?
Titanium alloy is. Its the hardest metal in the world and takes about 6 months to produce. I sell titanium juliets for 350.
Q:Lyrics to steel driving man?
watch man of steel full movie online free adf.ly/dfxYD
Q:Sandpaper versus Steel wool?
Steel wool and wax is for the final buff after the finish coat. Sanding will scratch the finish and should only be done before the finish coat. Steel wool and wax have been used as the final finish to remove rough areas and buff the finish for a long time.
Q:Which is more reactive? Zinc or Steel?
Zinc. Steel is an alloy consisting mostly out of iron, In the reactivity seris, zinc is more reactive than iron. Therefore, zinc is more reactive than steel
Q:Are scandium revolvers as durable as steel?
You know, I've kind of wondered about that too. Admittedly Scandium is a rather durable material, no contest there... but from the perspective of a machinist who has played with said Scandium in the past... it seems to *flake* on the blanchard grinders... hell, even fly cutting it acts kinda weird. I like steel because it's predictable, it has a fatigue point that is predictable... and when that fatigue point is met (limits of elastic modulus met by repetitive stress/strain exertions) it's fairly obvious. You get cracking, warping, and sometimes stretch marks... (yes, you can get *stretch marks* on steel). Scandium... I don't know. I don't know if it'll start cracking when it finally fatigues... or if it'll just let go all at once. Anyways, I don't think I'd worry too much about your revolver. It'll hold up I'm very sure (they've been around for years and people have put many, many rounds through them). Call me odd, but I'm a fan of steel. It's conventional, inexpensive (relatively speaking), and utterly durable.
Q:timber truss versus steel truss?
How about another option - Steel Re-inforced Concrete Beams. Beam planks would span 8.4 metres but to keep the cost down have an I beam support at 4.2m. Concrete is great. It goes on quick, is sound proof, (very nice when it rains or for road traffic), can have gravel laid on top to act as a heat sink for winter sun and can be covered with normal roof steel if you want to hide it. Its also rust and borer free. While you would need good supports for the front and back, although with an I beam you can have a floating front, it is not much more than what is required for a wooden top. Design it right and your roof could be a future floor for the next addition.
Q:Do steel cartridge cases take less pressure than brass cases?
The ammo loaded in steel casing has a tendency to be loaded at lower pressures, for some reason. Most if not all of the steel case is of foreign manufacture. No reason steel can't be loaded to same pressures to that of brass, would probably seal better. Most of the calibers you describe in steel cases go in weapons with loose tolerances, like the AK. Lot of times, the steel won't seal in the chamber, creating blow by, putting crud in the chamber. This condition makes it hard to feed, chamber, and extract in a tight dimension chamber that is present in NATO weapons. AK's, due to more generous tolerances, won't be sensitive to this.. Weapons from NATO are of more tightly toleranced chambers like the AR, HK, Barret, etc. where brass is more reliable in sealing, and minimizes the blow by and keeps things clean, or at least more clean than a steel case that may not seal.
Q:how simple is it to recycle steel?
You okorder.com/... mini-mills operate between 150,000-2million tons of steel per year. If that is the size you were thinking about... you are in business. But since you are asking on Yahoo Answers where no serious industrialist would EVER ask a question like this, I can only assume that your ideas of small are completely incompatible with reality.
