Recently i bought a leather chair for some 160$ but it is the worst chair i have ever had .. because of this chair i got backpain (because i'm sleapering on it and ending up sitting in very dangerous position).Now .. did anyone ever bought a good and medically correct chair from internet ? Q: manual wheel chair: My Dad had a manual wheelchair so i know how heavy they are. Really won't be worth your trouble after paying for shipping handling. Doubt that a potential buyer would want to put out the extra cost. Just a few suggestions: Advertise in local community newspaper Place an ad in either The Want-Ad or Bargain Hunter's Guide. (does not cost unless item is sold). Put up index cards in Supermarkets or other community bulletin board. Be sure to include an accurate description of the chair,your asking price contact phone #. If all else fails consider donating the chair. Gave my Dad's to a local Veterans Hospital.

There should be a label on the chair (probably under the seat) that tells you what make it is - if its a older model, they may not make power cords for it any more - especially if its a discontinued model and there is two, three or more models that have come after it. A quick look around Ebay shows that there is nothing there - so you're best bet would probably be to go to an indepent game store (NOT A CHAIN). Independent Game stores are a great source of information (as well as deals) and whilst they may not be able to source you one directly, they may have a regular customer, who has a friend who has a spare one. Certainly my experiences in my local independent game store - is that information is traded freely between owner and regular customers - if the shop itself can't help you directly - they ask their regular customers if they have/can source a certain item and if they'd be willing to sell it to them for resell.

Q: How do you upholster a wing back chair? how difficult is it? how many yards of fabric? what kind of (cheaper) fabric should i use?: I'm new to the upholster game but the best fabric is they heavy ones with that plastic like backing. it's water/spill proof and very easy to cut. now i would lay the fabric on the chair. cut it to size, leaving room for sewing ..i'd say an inch. pin it in place inside out and they sew. now most fabric stores have a chart that has picture diagram on how much you need for whatever kinda chair. I would add 5 yards to that being you're a beginner. Never have too much but OMG if you don't have enough. Good luck!

Supposedly, these chairs promote good posture and they make breathing better, but I personally like to sit at the very front of the seat, it help my posture a lot and I horrible lung capacity anyways XD So yeah, you can sit in the back of the chair, they're designed for that. You can also sit on the very front of it if you want. My suspicion is that this chair was subjected to this improper usage either while you were using it or before you were using it. In any case, the chair would have to have been damaged or improperly used in order for it to collapse. The other possibility is that your weight exceeded the maximum allowable load rating of the chair.
