3. It can be used as a reductant in ferroalloy production and chemical industry.

- I'll answer the latter first. Metal is...well, without a better explanation for it...just Metal. Often considered to be pioneered by Black Sabbath, this genre has now evolved into many and many subgenres, including Death, Black, Power, and Progressive Metal. >_> *Note: I wouldn't say genres are meant to be subjective, at least not to the degree that anyone can claim anything to be Metal. There are certain defining characteristics to it, which can be interpreted loosely, but only slightly. Heavy Metal usually has two different meanings: 1. The proper term of 'Metal' is actually 'Heavy Metal'. Many use Heavy Metal in the same context as Metal. 2. It's also used to refer to Traditional Heavy Metal, like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Accept, and modern bands that have the same sound (often clones). 3. Screamo is on a totally different tangent, it's a subgenre of Punk. I'll leave someone else to give the details of that, since I am not experienced. Doom: Candlemass, Grand Magus, Isole, Draconian, Novembers Doom Folk/Viking: Ensiferum, Eluveitie, Borknagar, Vintersorg, Windir Traditional: Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Saxon, Black Sabbath, Accept. Thrash: Kreator, Holy Moses, Testament, Sodom, Coroner. Avant-Garde: Alchemist, Faith No More, Solefald, Unexpect, Maudlin of the Well.

- Black metal vocals are high pitched screams.I don't like black metal at all...but if you are good with death metal vocals that are low growls and grunts then if you pitch you screams higher you would have a black metal type scream.Just do a growl but open your mouth wide and try to make it sound more ''high''.
