Don't bath in freezing cold water either to long and your die and the body is exposed to extremes as well! Just damp clothes for 2 Min's at a time should do the trick! Only attempt this if you are really hot it's to bring the temp down only and to long in cold and damp could bring on hypothermia so monitor itIf you can't do this yourself or have had it a week then phone for help from a doctor or hospital 999!
