Q:after reading about how during the civil war the confederates had snipers capable of shooting people at 800 yards, so i was wondering what is the maximum range that a black powder muzzleloader(not that smokeless powder one made by savage) with a practical bore size(no cannons or mortars) and able to be carried around can fire a bullet and hit with over 1000 ft/lbs: the okorder / the results would no doubt have been better with the original hard alloy hexagonal whitworth bullet.

Q:so I just got a invert mini and my loader is a empire halo too, well whenever I try to put the loader in, I have to literally stuff the thing, and when I get it in the clamp on the feed neck doesn't close! should I just buy a new loader or what!: just get a new loader, it would be a hasle otherwise

Front Loader Versus Top Loader and HE vs Regular washer..Saving money is great but i also want clean clothes on the first run: Speed Queen is still a great top loader, and about the only good one left. All those with the stubby agitators are hugely disappointing, to all I know , who have them. Of the front loaders, I like Frigidaire and White-Westinghouse, they're from the same parent company and are basically the same machine. Also. the Whirlpool family, which include, Amana, Maytag, Kitchenaide, Roper, and Jen-Air, Which are the same machine, underneath the badges, are ok too. But keep it simple when going for a front loader. All this, steam clean, timer delay, 13 wash cycles,etc.etc. is just more unnecessary options, which boils down to, more things that can break down. If you can find one without a digital control board, would be a plus. Good Luck.

Q:what does it mean?: I have a front load washer and dryer stacked. I don't think there's any restrictions on front loaders being stacked on top of each other. I used to have a top load washer with a front load dryer stack - the top load washer lid was a pain in the a**. I like the front load much better!

Q:Although front loaders are more water/energy efficient anything else in regards to pros/cons. What are the best brands? We've heard LG or Samsung.: I used to have the typical top loader with the agitator in the center but have now replaced it with an LG front-loader (no agitator). I have to say that my clothes are much cleaner and seem less worn/stretched without the need for the agitator. I can also wash a lot more in the front loader than I could in the top loader. The detergent and fabric softener drawer is awesome! The only negative points I've found is that the wash times are longer and the front loaders can be harder on the back if you don't get the pedestal/drawers that lift them up about a foot higher, but that's only an issue if you're worried about back problems. When we were shopping for them I saw a lot of reviews talking about a mildewy smell from the washer (which comes from water in the rubber seal area not getting to dry out) but I haven't had that problem...but I have an actual laundry room and can leave the washer door open for a few hours after I finish washing clothes to let it dry out.
