when a resource runs out, its price goes up, and market economy adjusts by using the resource more efficiently, and eventually replacing it with a different resource. Banks help this by loaning money to whoever needs to make investment in this process, e.g. to consumers who buy electric cars, or for construction of sustainable power plants. Government's role is to make sure the above works as intended.

Reading the articles, it looks as though Humana was NOT gagged; it was simply told to only present facts and let people decide (instead of taking a political position); I don't see anything wrong with that---provided it is applied uniformly. If it was a gag, why wasn't Humana in court claiming a free speech violation? Only reason why: It wasn't. As for issuing wage limits to banks that didn't accept or use TARP funds, I looked on Google and found nothing to support your claim; it is only on those that took their funds, and if THAT were done, it would be challenged as an ex post facto provision (a bank would not have taken the money if it knew of this).

Inflation is a fall in the real value of your currency. Your money buy less. Decline in purchasing power. Bank fees are something different. The bank fees that you pay are something you have contractually agreed to with your bank. It doesn't matter where the value of your currency goes, your bank fees are the same.

The only reason that a plant might use a capacitor Bank is for power factor correction. Power factor correction is very over rated. If a plant has a highly inductive load then Capacitors might allow the service to use smaller wire but wire is cheaper than capacitors.

I too have been recently looking at repo's, tax buys etc. Your safest bet is to find out how much you can make if everything is in perfect order. Then figure out how much it costs to replace everything you are concerned about. IE. Septic, well, furnace, electrical upgrade.may all cost $30,000.00 If your house is worth 20%more than these costs plus the cost of purchase you are laughing. Any less than 20% you could still make money or build equity, it just takes longer may cause some worry with market fluctuation. I would be more concerned about leins, taxes or title issues rather than property itself. Good luck

If the camera's own adapter supplies 5.2V it should run equally well on 5V. The camera has internal circuitry to drop that voltage to the 3.5V level coming from the internal battery. Your second question is partly answered by that as well. As for the difference between 860 and 1, they are different units. 860 mAh is a capacity for work - it will deliver 860 mA for 1 hour or 430 mA for 2hours. My guess is that the camcorder will draw something like 900 mA and run for slightly less than 1 hour. The capability of the adapter to supply 1000mA does not mean that the camera takes that amount. It is good engineering practice to provide a safety factor: the power supply will not run so hot if it is working below its maximum.
