Q: So i decided I do not have enough presents for my girlfriend and searching I found homemade succulent gardens. I think they would be perfect.. I'm not very into gardening so I have no idea where to begin to buy this stuff. Could I even buy the supplies before christmas now? What stores could I buy these at?
Any green house near you should have them.
Q: what do you have to do to enter the better homes and gardens navman competition?
It said Be watching Better Homes and Gardens 7.30PM Friday 10th December to find out how you can win
Q: Sweet Home Oregon, 97386
Not sure where Sweet Home is but I included a link for all of Oregon (never saw so many in one State) and Washington. oregonstate.edu/dept/ldplants/sun...
Q: Two months ago a guy named Brent asked this question. You call it a resolved question. Well, no one answered him with any help. I'm interested in the same topic.
What is a greenhouse garden home anyway?
Q: this make a good hobby?Aquaponic System Farm in a Box - Grand Cayman by Earth SolutionsHome Garden: 6

Q: I'm a naturist, I stay naked in my home, defecate in my garden and eat local animals... Why the complaints?
We live in a society where nakedness is frowned upon. Defecation in the garden is quite unhygienic. So of course people are gonna complain.
Q: I'm looking for the buckeye candy recipe from he Better Homes Gardens Christmas Cookie publication from 1998. They had a 50-State salute that year, and the buckeye was the recipe for Ohio. If anyone has this, please please post it for me.
Candy Ingredients: 1 stick softened butter 1 3/4 c. (1 18 oz. jar) creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla About 1 lb. confectioners' sugar Chocolate Coating Ingredients: 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening Directions: Cream butter, peanut butter, and vanilla together, adding confectioners' sugar until the right consistency is reached. Roll candy into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Melt chips and shortening together in the top of double boiler, and keep the chocolate mixture in the double boiler over low heat while dipping the candy. Using toothpicks, dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, covering 3/4 of candy. Place candy on the cookie sheet to cool. Makes about 8 dozen pieces.
Q: I have looked at Lowes, Home Depot, Garden stores and I still can't find replacements seat and canaopy cushions for my outdoor garden swing do they even sell replacements?
Yes, I live in the midwest I see them all the time at Walmart, Lowe's, Target. You might look online have them shipped to you.
Q: I just bought a new house and I would like to plant pretty flowers. But I'm not really outdoors person so i would like something easy and pretty. I thought about Liliac but i dont know how easy it woudl be to buy and plant and grow. Also i dont want to go to Home depot and look stupid talking to the garden people about flowers...so simple please... Thanks so much. The last home owners has tulips about to bloom can i plant near them or do they need space.
Since I don't know your growing zone I can't recommend anything. A lilac is a bush that can grow quite tall. Perennials are flowers that come up every year. Annuals are flowers that last only one season. There must be an extension service in your city or an agricultural college nearby. You can go online and ask them. There is so much information on the internet about plants and their care. Go to this website to find your plant hardiness zone in the U.S. If you are not in the U.S., search for a plant hardiness map in your country.
Q: Hi,I wanted to start a home garden right now. What crops could I plant? What herbs?thanks
I remember having to work in the family garden as a kid. Those stifling hot, humid, summer days. Yikes, I hated it too but I grow my own now. Not a big one, just a small strip on the side of the house for beans, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, flowers, etc. I put in some perennial herbs a few years ago and it's always nice to see them come back.
