- Q:What is the SAR value of the phone?
- The lower the SAR value, the less the amount of radiation absorbed, where the SAR standard value for the brain must be less than 1.67 watts, but this does not mean that the SAR level is directly related to the health of the mobile user.
- Q:I got my T-Mobile phone and plan less than a month ago and then moved to college in Merced, CA and I noticed that I don't get service inside any of my school building or dorm and it's really inconvenient. My phone won't even tell me when I have missed calls. I have to go outside to talk. It won't even let me send a text or receive one. My roommate has ATT and her reception is fine so I was hoping that since I didn't get my contract too long ago it would be easier to switch it. Help

- Q:I have a cingular service,my phone broke.I wanna use spare t-mobile phone with cingular SIM card in it.Is there anyway that i can unlock the phone thanks in advance
- It's surprising how virtually everyone except maybe 2 or 3 are wrong here. The correct answer is YES, BUT you will have to get the phone unlocked. You have two routes you can take: Route 1 - Stage 1 - Call T-Mobile and request the unlock code for the device. You will need to provide some basic account information, as well as basic information about the phone (which they will walk you through getting). Stage 2 - Wait for T-Mobile to get back to you with the code, and they will also provide directions on how to input the code. Route 2 - Find a vendor online who will unlock your specific device via IMEI or cable. If the IMEI solution is available, you can simply provide the phone's IMEI, which is used to unlock the device. If a cable solution is necessary, you will have to acquire a data cable and unlock this way. The majority of the time you will use the IMEI solution (very seldom does a cable solution become necessary) This should answer your question.
- Q:Why smart phones often crashes?
- Improper operation leads to crash; low ambient temperature leads to crash.
- Q:i want to send a pic to my cyclops virgin mobile phone how do i do it
- Q:I am looking for a new phone as my old one broke.Any ideas on a good phone,There are a few things I need this phone have-I hate texting on mobiles with the 1-ABC Layout so QWERTY is a must-I have a budget of ?100-Camera would be nice-Mp3 would be nice-Video and memory card slots and good too-I dont care what network but O2 is not that great were I live-Dont care what brand the phone isAny phones like this? Thanks, HarryPS: I dont mind contracts as long as there under ?20 a mounth(Internet would be great as I love facebook!)
- shop.o2 .uk/mobile_phone/BlackB It's the Blackberry 8310. I think it covers what you want and on a contract for ?19.58 a month and it's for 24months with 400 texts and 200 mins. With free calls to O2 numbers. With the contract the phone is then ?97.86

- Q:I was just wondering, If i bought a G1 (ATT Subscriber) without contract and just unlock it through the web service for $24 will I be able to use it? Or do I first need a T Mobile sim to activate the phone?I am confused by the last question there, so please help.
- You need a T-Mobile account and data plan just to set the phone up initially. I have one, so I've done it. When you first fire up the phone, it expects to find a T-Mobile sim with an active data plan, and you have to set up Google access with either an existing account or a new account set up on the phone. Once you do that, I understand you can unlock the phone and use it with other GSM systems (like ATT), but there are a couple of caveats: 1. You won't be able to use the T-Mobile data network, even with a ATT data plan. 2. You can allegedly tweak the phone to use the ATT data network, but you still have to have a data plan to do so. 3. You won't have any 3G access on ATT or T-Mobile's network. It will work with the edge network, but since the phoen si a 3G phone, you lost the advantage of that higher speed network. To me, doing it this way is no advantage. Even though ATT has better 3G coverage (currently), T-Mobile is rapidly rolling theirs out, and it is available in many major cities. I have it where I work in DC, but not where I live yet in Jacksonville, Florida, but the edge network works there really well. I know you have an ATT plan, but if your contract is up or close to it, I'd switch. I'm very happy with T-Mobile (been with them many years) and the G1 is an excellent phone.
- Q:i dont want to resign for 2 years with nextel, but i need a new phone. if i buy a boost mobile phone ( looking at the i9 Stature) will i just be able to put in my nextel sim and it work? I have heard it will but it needs to be unlocked first, what does that mean?
- Ok here is the dealBoost Mobile is Nextel's prepaid phone service. Even though they are pretty much the same company unfornately you still can't interchange the sim cards because of Nextel being programmed as a contract service and Boost is programmed as a prepaid service. Unlocking the phone has nothing to do with the sim card but with the Esn or Meid number which is found on the sticker underneath your battery on your phone. Some retailers will take that number and unlock it so that you can use that phone on any carrier that you wish but you have to find a company that will do that. Without the phone being unlocked you are stuck having to use the phone on the given carrier it belongs to. I hope this has helped and God Bless!
- Q:I have a business online which i need to put my mobile number onto. The thing is can i have a different number on my mobile that i can put online, which is linked to the same phone.Sorry i know you must be thinking WHY but i have my reasons. Thanks
- nope you should just go get a cheap or used phone even though they will charge you for service you get the basic plan and most of the time if you don't buy a fancy phone after the rebate the phone its self is free
