- Q:If people could only be fired for doing something wrong, then they'd be more comfortable spending money. Besides that: Companies in usa are financially pushed to fire employees and replace them every few years, and have little reason to take long term consideration onto their hiring processes.I'm just wondering why the rights of employees are the first things to go, rather than the right to abuse employees, considering how many examples inside and outside of usa have shown that making employees comfortable, healthy, and happy leads to higher profits, and stronger businesses.
- I know of several metal roofs in the area and as far as I can tell, none have faded over the past couple years. I'm pretty sure they're still offering the big tax credit for installing metal roofs too. You should definitely check into that before you make your decision. Make sure you're getting the kind that qualifies for the credit.

- I have a 1985 Ramcharger with a 318. I would suggest Headers, you don't need the most expensive pair either I installed Flowtech( be careful when installing the Left side, you'll have to modify) the headers will actually make it more quiet, odd sounding I know but true. Along with headers I suggest dual exhaust, again you don't need the best, just 2 inch pipes and a high flow muffler. This is the same setup I have on mine. I have true dual with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. For the engine I suggest a high flow air cleaner like KN or Kool Blue or something like that. I really wouldn't worry about heavy modifications to the engine its got plenty of torque already for low end off road driving, look more into tires for off roading. I got set of Wild Country radials for $650. 15r 31 x 10.50 They're really great and serve me well. You dont have to spend your whole life savings to have fun. ENJOY YOUR TRUCK!!

- They certainly are - and by colours,and by letters ABC. Water, Foam spray, Powder and Gas. Broadly for Paper, Liquids, Gases and Electircal fires By the time you've worked out which does what, the place has burned to the ground. All can be used successfully for propping fire doors open (especially the annoying ones with self closers on them). An observation- NOT a recommendation. better to get out of the building than dicker around with fire extinguishers - fire fighting is a job for the pro's.

They have a professional label with safety remarks and whatnot, and it Meets ANSI Z87.1 Requirements.Are these also OSHA approved? Where can you figure out if they are? - understand what your saying but in reality kind of sillypersonally I would never promote or make a product like that. Motion dectectors would simply keep turningon then off the unit as anyone went by, is it that hard to simply turn the uniton yourself or have an auto set tstat?

- I believe most fire departments will be happy to inspect if you take it there. I know our fire department has many free services and even give out free smoke detectors. They may have a replacement or refill program for fire extinguishers. It doesn't hurt to ask.

- Sorry to hear of your problem, and also to be the bearer of bad news, you will have to re-wash all of the floor, walls, ceiling, cupboards, and especially the stove inside and out with a painters prep called sugar soap. Unfortunately the combination of smoke and extinguisher fume permeate the whole place and it is a bummer to get rid of but persistence and a lot of elbow grease will over come Do not use cover-up anti smell and disinfectants as they just disguise and don't really clean Kindest and good luck John
