- Q: I am at a loss right now because i cant find the phone that fits me i love the blackberry tour but the no wifi thing really bothers me. i started to look at the windows mobile phones because of the fact of internet explorer mobile which in my opinion is a much easier to navigate browser than the black berry one and also the microsoft officebut the short battery life and the fact that most of them are touch screen turns me away from themm( i just dont do touch screen).I definately want a qwerty keyboardAny advice on a good phone???
- Blackberries are great. They have great hardware, a decent appstore, and some of the best keyboards. Windows Mobile has a lot of choices of phones to choose from but the fact is windows mobile is not a very reliable OS. Its usuable but what I'm saying is I prefer the blackberry (although WM probably has better web browsing). Phones to choose: Blackberry- Curve 8900, Bold, Storm 2 (no QWERTY) WM- Jack, Epix, Blackjack 2 (All of these have INCREDIBLE battery life), then any HTC phone with WM.
- Q: Hi, i have a motorola razrlt;-- the first one that came out and i remember getting that phone for 40 bucks because i told them that i was a long customer and stuff, but it was supposed to be $150 for upgrade. Now, it's been two years since i had the razr phone and i want to upgrade a new phone, like the motorola rizr and the motorola krzr, i was wondering did anyone talk to any of the t-mobile staff to get the cheaper upgrade for either one of those phones??
- no, as a tmobile rep, you only qualify for what our system says you do. we do not negotiate prices on phones. most people go wrong by thinking this and call in pissed off but we do not offer credits to reduce the cost of phones. we offer rebates and a discount only if you are eligible.
- Q: i use my mobile phone
- I don't have an ipod, I have a Zune HD (which is a thousand times better than an ipod) But I use both my phone and my Zune
- Q: i really want a t-mobile phone but our family uses att because of my parents' jobs and there is no way we can change to t-mobile unless both my parents quit their jobs!which is not happening! lol but anyways i really like the t-mobile phones and i was wondering how much it costs if i get a t mobile phone and unlock it for att.by the way i need a phone asap so the faster the better! thanks!
- T-mobile shouldn't charge to get your phone unlocked. There are generally specific criteria that need to be met on your account before they will, such as being finished your contract etc (unless you purchased your phone at full retail price - which will require proof of purchase). There are some programs you can purchase on OKorder/stores that range from $10-$50 to have your phone unlocked. My suggestion is to call t-mobile and find out their policy on unlocking their handsets. Legally, they cannot refuse you an unlock code if you are finished your contract etc.
- Q: Does anyone know why I can not post any questions while I am browsing yahoo answers with my mobile?I can get to the screen where I'm typing now and fill in my question but the continue button doesn't work. When I click it nothing happens.I AM LOGGED IN on my mobileI have the samsung jet (S8000)

- Q: How could I get Picture off of my Virgin Mobile phone without them going through my virgin mobile account and costing me money?????
- Unfortunately, Virgin Mobile practically forces you to make them go to a picture message because the ability to use data cables on Virgin Mobile phones have been disabled. However, if you have a Shuttle or a Slider Sonic, photos can be transferred onto a MicroSD card from your phone and then into your computer (this makes picture messaging not required to get your pictures onto your computer) If you don't have a Slider Sonic or a Shuttle, then you MUST send your photos in a picture message to get them onto a computer. Bluetooth will not work either :-( Hope this helps :-)
- Q: I have a T-Mobile Shadow. It's old and beat up and I got it in about 2008. I think Its due for an upgrade but I don't know which phones I can get for it. I really want the HTC HD2. I was wondering if I could upgrade to that phone for free or if it would cost anything. Or any other phone for that matter. Preferably a touch screen phone, its just easier.
- You need to go to the T-Mobile website and sign into your account or if you haven't set up an online account, do so. All cell phone carriers have their sites set up that will show you 1. If you qualify for an upgrade. 2. How much this upgrade will cost. For instance: Sprint lets me get an upgrade every year. Some phones are absolutely free and some I would have to pay a small fee ( such as a 300. phone I might only pay $50). Also, Sprint will let me upgrade after 6 months however, the credit I get is less. At 6 months, I get $50 and then at 8 months $75 and so on.) If you are not computer savvy and cannot find how to do this on your own, call T-Mobile. They will gladly and willingly direct you to their sales department and tell you what you qualify for. Hope I helped you! :) Edit: Don't forget to come back and vote! And if I helped, let me know!
- Q: I have just received an upgrade from T-Mobile. Whilst I like the phone I want to unlock it so I can put a cheaper SIM in for my trips to Jersey. Only one network on Jersey (UK).The phone is a Samsung U800 which seems to prove hard to unlock??An internet service could not help and Tmobile says it takes 28 days.Does anyone know of a high street shop that could unlock and not charge that much?Cheers
