- Only if a current(which would be limited by the resistance of the salt water or copper) was applied.So your question is which has less resistance per unit of cross section.Which would be copper.So the answer is no it wouldn't be more efficient(excess heat).Besides to do so would be a hard task what with leaks,space for the plastic tube etc. since the field is determined by ampere turns.

- The easiest way is to suck on the end of the tube to draw up water and kink the tube or use your finger to cover the end .to keep the water near to the end. Then lower the end to the container and let off your finger. The weight of water in the tube and gravity will do the rest. As long as you have the end of the tube above the level of water in the tank while you are drawing water into the tube, you will NOT get a mouthful as you can see to stop just before the water gets to the end. I am sure you are smart enough to stop before you get a mouthful of water. As long as the end is above the level in the tank the siphon will NOT start and you will have to apply suction to hold the water in the tube until you kink it or use your finger to seal the end. The only way to get a mouthful is if your mouth is lower then the level in the tank so the siphon starts once the water crosses the threshold, Be careful not to suck up the fish...

- I think that you should probably clean it out. Do it at night when he is not in the tubes so you do not disturb him. My hamster sleeps in an attachment that goes on the tubes and she does the same thing with the food, pooping, and peeing in there. She loves when I clean it out for her, I do it about every 2-3 days. If I do not clean it out and wait an extra day if I am busy or something she takes all of the bedding out of it and moves it to the regular cage area herself. So yes I do think that you should clean it, he will probably appreciate it!

- Yes you can as long as it is all silled off tight from the air filter back MY 08 <demo camaro that i race at drag tracks ..has a custom home made system......with ram air .....my air fillters are on the roof of the car I just got some tubing ...cut a hoe in the old air box just big Enif for the houses and ran it to the roof..i did all this for about 250 but i chromed it out ......Just make sure ur olny pullin air that came threw the filter some cars will wig out if the air flow isnt just right JUST to let you know that if ur check engine light or such comes on it mayb bc of the computers pressure/vacuum readings but most of the time this does not happen example <lets just say If ur computer thinks it should be running at 2.0 but ur getting 1.0 or 3.0 the check engine light may pop on??but most likely not and just to let u know if u remove all that junkie plastic tubing and replace it with metal intake lines it will drop ur running temp ..and give u a lil better fuel mileage ..and hp I hope iv helped
