JQSS900 inner tunnel bridge-erecting crane can be widely applied in southwest and northwest plateau areas with bridges and tunnels connected and girder erection construction of prefabricated concrete box in the 200 to 350km/h railway passenger dedicated line with 20m,24m,32m standard and non-standard double line. It can complete box girder erection work with a transporting girder vehicle. In addition to the standard frame beam operations, JQSS900 tunnel bridge-erecting crane can also conduct the construction of initial and terminal span erection, curve erection, non-standard beam erection, gate pier erection, variable span erection and bridge erection such as span continuous beam, bond beam, continual rigid frame and simply supported continuous erection and the inlet, outlet and inside of tunnel erection.In the above passenger dedicated line, minimum tunnel cross-section can satisfy the tunnel zero distance, the distance and the tunnel inside beam with transporting girder vehicle and by transformation of the very few parts and fold, without auxiliary lifting equipment and without dismantling through the tunnel.

When crossing the hole, front supports of bridge erecting crane should be connected to erected beam hole. If there are continuous beams and bridge abutment, it is necessary to punch and connect to the transporting and erecting equipment. In addition, it has no harm to the roadbed and bridge floor. Working with no other auxiliary equipment, it can be operated to site transfer, head back, transport concrete box girder, cross railway passenger dedicated double line and has no interference to the finished projects, easily and fast to finish the task of erection of initial and terminal span. It is not necessary to have extra operation on abutment in advance, including embedded part and punching, etc.
