A word of warning though I am a joiner and used to always buy hitachi 10+ years ago but have found their new tools to be very unreliable I wouldn't touch them again lots of people I work with have also found this they rely more on fancy designs now. If the drill is not used every day a cheaper make would be better, not to cheap though, Ryobi is not bad for the money. If it is makita or panisonic is as good as you get. Splash out and get the makita 4 in 1 impact drill I have one you would not be disappointed.

If after 2 years, the company determines that the machine will actually be productive for 10 years, then it depreciates the current net book value over 8 more years.
