Description of Jaw crusher
Jaw crusher is the crushing equipment appeared earlier, because of its simple structure, rugged, reliable, easy to maintain and repair as well as less production and construction costs, and therefore, until now still widely in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electricity, transportation and other industrial sectors, for breaking strength at 147 ~ 245MPa of various ores and rocks of coarse, medium, fine. In recent years, I plant to meet the metallurgical, mining, construction and other industrial sectors crushing high strength, high hardness, low carbon ferrochrome needs, specially developed strong jaw crusher.
Jaw crusher is not only able to be used together with mine-selecting and gravel processing equipment but also be used independently. The Jaw crusher is used for Primary crushers and Secondary crushers for crushing all kinds of minerals and rocks with compressive strength less than 320 mpa. Working principle of Jaw crusher
The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the moving jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up. The moving jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring, and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, Jaw crusher is always used as the Primary jaw crusher.
Jaw crusher is mainly used for a variety of ores and medium-grained bulk materials crushing, is widely used in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry. Maximum compressive strength of the material to be broken as 320MPa.

- Well it depends on the context. If you want to dig a hole, you reach for a spade to make the work easier. If the employees are working alone, do a job hazard analysis and use diligence in reducing the probability of accidents occurring, either through additional safety devices such as interlocks, or additional training. When employees work alone they are more likely to cut corners and when they are on overtime fatigue can contribute to a higher risk of accidents.

- No. CO2 must be compressed to very high pressure to be liquefied first. It then freezes solid when vented to the atmosphere. A compressor is machinery.

- Delta makes some great tools. Problem with most newer tools is that they went from cast iron tables to aluminum. This causes more vibration since it is lighter. Even a great saw is no better than the cutting tools used on them, so make sure you buy premium blades.. I think you will be very happy for a long time with the Delta.
