FAQ

Dogs, toddlers, or women?
No were just afraid of blenders. *Scary noises, makes me sad.*
I have 6 cats and need a vacuum cleaner that the filter is not going to stop up every few minutes. I have gone through 3 bagless vacuum cleaners in the last few months but they have been vaccums from walmart like eureka and such. I can vacuum over a small piece of trash in the living room and the vacuum just pushes the trash around, lol. Help!
I just bought my second Kenmore. They are great, and suck much better than cheap vacuums. If you have the funds, a Dyson would probably be the way to go, but a Kenmore does a thorough job for less. I have 2 cats, so I get where you're coming from. When my husband first used my Kenmore (after his Bissell died), he was raving to everyone who would listen about how great it was, lol. He says he's a Kenmore man from now on! No more Walmart vacs for us!
Professional House Cleaners only Please answer question about Commercial Vacuum cleaners?I have a house cleaning business, we clean 2 homes a day and after buying 14 vacuum cleaners in the past 2 years I am done with spending money on vacuums that don't hold up or are 2 heavy or have so many filters to clean that you spend your evenings doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions on what vacuum we should buy? Just like you the house's we clean have an array of flooring, wood, tile, oriental rugs, carpet. Please help with your experience Thanks!!
My professional cleaner (a 20-year pro) uses whatever vacuum her clients own. If they don't own one, she charges extra for the hassle of hauling the vacuum around.
Every vacuum cleaner I have ever had starts smelling burned after 1 min.of use. They barely pick up anything and I have to go over that spot 10 times. In addition I have to clean the rollers EVERY time before vacuuming. What amI doing wrong? This happens with all my vacum cleaners, new or used.
Sounds like you have a high pile carpet and your brush is toooooo low. Raise the brush with the wheel adjustment ~
and little elephant vacuum cleaners to s uck up the saw dust?
no but he had a lot of flood lights abord
ok i was going to vacuum both the carpet and hardwood but i don't know how to change the sliding thing on the bottom of the vacuum and where to put it should i just put it on hard? making sure because i dont want to ruin the hardwood Thanks!!!!!
The adjustment settings on vacuum cleaners are there so you won't ruin the roller brush on the vacuum....not the floor. What make/model of vacuum cleaner do you have? My vacuum cleaner (a Eureka Boss SmartVac) has different height levels and then 2 adjustments for using hard floors.

Well if you can you would probably be a pretty good engineer. I would keep any existing filters cleaned regularly and if you are using a bag They tend to have better air flow when first installed(empty). You didn't mention what type or for what purpose. If you are cleaning carpet you need agitation, air flow, and suction. Setting it too low would cut down on air flow. Too high would increase air flow but you would not get the suction down where you need it. You might get some better answers if you add details.
