Question 1. How about the warrenty & after-sales ?

•If the reject ratio of e-cig is over 5% ,Please send us the picture and broken one back , Broken sample will be analyzed
•by our engineer dept , if the reason is caused by our side , new one will be replace
•If the reject ration is below 5% , we will replace by next order.
Question 2 .What is the lead time for sample and bulk order ?

- Q:Our vacuum cleaner brush roller is not working. My husband has already tried to fix it himself, but he can't find out what's wrong. We've already replaced the belts and the brush roller doesn't seem to be worn down or missing any pieces. Does anyone have any idea how much it might cost to get it fixed if I take it into a vacuum repair shop? The vacuum is only a year old and everything else works fine, the roller just isn't rolling.
- This may sound silly, but it happened to me. Our vacuum brush roller stopped working, too. Turned out that the sliding switch that gave the bare floor/carpet option wasn't fully engaged. If you have a switch like that, check it. Also, if you still have the manual for it you may want to check under the troubleshooting section or look on their website. At any rate, I take my vacuum cleaners to Sears for repairs. It usually runs me $60.00 - $80.00, depending on the problem. You may want to shop around. Ask people in your area who they go to. Sears is more expensive, but they're reputable and stand behind their work. Hope this helps!

- What ever brand you purchase, take a little responsibility, trim the hair from the roller brush on occasion, with a scissors, and yank it out.

- Q:i have a canister vacuum cleaner that has been working on and off. When it works, it works well, but sometimes when you try to turn it on it won't. But then when you try again later, it works. And it hasn't worked when it wasn't even used shortly before so it can't be overheated. The vacuum is at least a decade old. I'm suspecting that the motor i nearing the end of its life..but my dad refuses acknowledge the possibility of that and citing that it just needs to be cleaned. I know when the vacuum needs to be cleaned considering that I'm like the only one who uses it!
- Alyssa, 10 years is a decent amount of time with a vacuum. However, I would recommend taking it into Sears (or just call them to save you a trip) and find out what they can do for you. Kenmore is sold exclusively by Sears, and sometimes they are great about fixing/replacing things like this. That's what I would do first. If they can't do anything for you (or if it costs you more than $40 to replace the motor) then it's probably time for a new vacuum. Just be careful - the vacuum industry seems to build vacuums that last about 4-5 years now, unless you want to pay for something like a Miele and possibly a Dyson (I'm still not sure a Dyson will last longer than 5-7 years personally). There are some good deals though for less than $150 if you don't want to spend the money - the Shark Navigator and the Eureka Airspeed Bagless are two great machines you may want to look at. - Q:I've got a project to do involving me creating an advertisement for a useless product, and this came to mind. If you need more explanation I believe the vacuum was on a television infomercial at one time, and it looks like a small saucer. It will continue to move across your floor without any assistance and vacuums as it goes. - I got a robotic vacuum that I set to work when im not home and some of them are pretty quiet depending on the surface you are trying to clean, this way i dont have to worry about the noise, i dont have any pets so this may or may not bother your cat, but it could be entertaining to watch and see how your cat interacts with it the first couple times. - Never happen the dirt cup is way too small. You have to do it the old fashion way or hire a made!
