Q:Because of the conditional twitching, there was a layer of not too thick carpet on the concrete floor, a layer of mats on the carpet and a bed sheet, and I did not know that it was good for the body, I am living on the 26th floor of the elevator apartment more
not good. Sleep on the ground, not ventilated, because the body has moisture, long mat will be damp and easy to breed bacteria, have an impact on health.
Q:Dnf nothing in the environment how to run the floor -_- || own attack helpless can not remember the floor order, each time have to pay b -_- ||
Very simple, now pao'ge'zi only three graphs, you can watch the picture run. Remember the first three on it!
Q:I would like to reno my basement and the concrete floor is uneven. The four corners of the basement are lower than the rest. i would like to put in a few new walls and cork flooring. Whats the best way to level my floor.
You can lose space by putting a leveling concrete survace over the bumps...or you can chisel off the lumps...which is much cheaper!
Q:What is the material used to exercise the floor?
Santa Fe sports floor has a very high quality requirements.
Q:I am an amateur to the cleaning business and have been hired to strip and reseal some laminate floors. The person that sealed it last seems to have used some sort of rubber sealant, and I am having an incredibly hard time getting it off. I don't have a professional floor scrubber, so have just been using a mop, a scrub brush, and a wet/dry vaccuum. I have been using Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper. Are there any stronger floor strippers out there that I can use? Any suggestions or tips??
You need to rent a electric floor stripper, they are heavy, use a wide variety of pads, and work fast and efficiently. doing this floor by hand is an effort in futility. I purchased a used floor stripper for $75.00 and have used it numerous times. Check with any janitorial supply store and ask a few questions. They will have the liquid floor strippers and pads you require, the aerosol spray for difficult corners, and heavy duty wax available for sale. Use a squeegee to push the dissolved (liquid ) old wax to a central location and suck it up with a shop vac. Clean the shop vac thoroughly after each use. Occasionally you can attend a class at the janitorial supply center when they are held, get on their mailing list. Give the floor 3 coats of new wax with long intervals between each coat. Use a box fan to speed up the drying process.
Q:I mop with hot water and pine-sol mix in a bucket then i proceed to pour the mixture on the floor and mop it around but then when i let the sun dry it out it leaves my floor with these weird water stains on the floor. What is the proper way to mop a floor so i wont have to do it over and over?
You wet the mop in the cleaning solution (hot water and Pine-sol is fine) and wring it out. Then you use the wet mop to clean the floor. You'll need to regularly dip the mop back into the solution, wring it, re-dip, and re-wring to clean out the dirt and grease from the mop in order to adequately clean the floor. Once you're done, you rinse the mop in warm water, wringing it several times until it's clean, and then go back over the floor with the water to get the cleaning solution up. Rinse the mop one more time, wring it out, and you're done.
Q:The kitchen floor slants from the outside wall toward the center.
Better Questions Yield Better Answers I've had a lot of practice leveling homes, floors, and rebuilding floors. I'm afraid you've not provided enough detail here. First -- what kind of floor? Wood joists? Cement? Second -- What kind of foundation? (or is this a mobile home?) Third -- Do you know what is causing the slant? And - while you state it slants from outside wall toward the center, you didn't give us any indication whether that is a slant uphill, or downhill. Fourth -- is there any damage to the structure? How you go about re-leveling the floor will depend greatly on how you answer these questions. For example -- if this is a concrete floor - you're most likely going to have to call in a mudjack crew (if it is ONLY the floor that is sloping), or helical foundation repair (if the slant is downhill to the outside wall, and the foundation has in fact settled). Usually the same business can do either type of repair, but which type depends on the answers. If this is a wood joist floor, then we'd need to know if there is, again, a foundation problem, or rotten joists, etc. -- or perhaps its a couple of bowed floor joists. Also -- what is under the floor? Do you have a crawlspace, or basement? (You wouldn't have either if this is a home built on a cement slab - but you didn't give any hints) If this is a problem with rotten joists, they would have to be replaced, of course. If this is a problem with broken joists, they can be repaired, or replaced. If this is a problem with bowed floor joists, they can be repaired. If this is a problem with structural supports they can be releveled. If this is......and the list goes on, hehehehe. Feel free to email me, if you'd like to discuss this project further. I can walk you through what will need to be done, but we have to have more details. Good Luck
Q:Ok, so this is my new Question from my old question, how do I do pelvic floor exercises.???
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine. Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.
Q:Hey! :) so If any of you have seen my other question you will know I'm redecorating my room. I'm a dancer so I'm making space to mount a ballet barre on my wall. I have cork flooring in my room.Is cork floor bad for dancing on?It has a little give (it's a little soft) but it's not like hardwood so I'm worried it will rip (with soles of my ballet slippers and pointe shoes..)If it's a bad idea to dance on it (barre work), what should I do?I wouldn't be able to change my floors but is there something I can lay down on the floor?I could use a carpet for regular barre work and stretching but carpet is bad for pointe work... Any ideas of what I could do?
Marley okorder /... Timestep (thicker) or Timestep mat (thinner and cheaper) would be what you would want. @SandraL- there are both portable marley flooring and permanent installations. Dance venues and ballet academies all have the permanent installation. True hardwood is a no- no. However a wood floor that is sprung or floating is preferable to marley over any floor that is not sprung or floating. State of the art is marley over a sprung or floating floor.
Q:Does anyone have any experience with cork flooring? PLease give details.
Pro- You will never have to worry about stopping up a wine bottle again Con- Anything you drop will go through the floor. Nuf said Pro- Never have to worry about hiding evidence again Con- You will probably break a leg or two while walking
