- Pressing a DRY rosebud is just going to destroy it. I would suggest getting a container to put it in permanently. Alternatively, consider contacting a florist or floral designer to see what they would suggest about preserving it. Don't press a dry flower of any sort - you'll just end up with fragments.

- Permanent press is a medium setting. You can use it any time you would use medium heat. I keep my dryer on the 'permanent press' setting, and only use 'high' for things like dog blankets that I don't care about.

- It sounds like you have a player and not a recorder which is a complicated process and involves several pieces of equipment that you will have to purchase and will be very hard to find. You could look on Ebay for a wax mastering recorder then you will have to get a vinyl press and the vinyl blanks wow ! I am at a loss for this one because you could end up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars acquiring these items which are now mostly in the smithsonian. - try dumbbells bench presses, or incline, Switch up your routine, because every different bench press works the muscle a different way. Never do 10 reps. If you can do 10 reps with that weight, step up until you can only do 6 reps, then 3 or 4. Do about 3 sets. What you can also do is, start your weight at 180, and work your way down in weight but higher in reps.

- Boil water. Now I use 1 1/2 scoops per 8oz cup because I think coffee should taste like coffee. I use a 16oz cup. So I put 3 scoops of coffee into the Press. When the water boils, I fill the Press to about 1 1/2 inches from top. I set a timer for 4 minutes and stir coffee once. When timer goes off press down and pour. Use a coarse ground coffee so as not to clog the Press filter.

- A good single stage press is what I like for rifle calibers.. Lee makes good stuff...RCBS is probably better. Start with a Lee... if you get into reloading in a big way you will end up with a second press anyway... The Lee makes a good back-up press when you move up. Handgun ammo is quick to build using single stage presses... but if your shooting huge volumes you will end up with a progressive press sooner or later. Keep it simple if your just learning... the more complicated the process the easier it is to get a double charge ..or light charge. Single stage pressed make you look at each case... maybe a little safer in the long run....
