PVC Insulated and Sheathed Shipboard Power Cable of Rated

Q:i bought a car from some guy.he had 2 amps but he took out onehe had the power cable running from one amp to the other. i just recently bought another amp and i was wondering if its safe to do this.he said it was working fine.he was powering 2 10 subwoofers.thats what im planning to do
its safe but its better to run 2 separate wires due to you are wanting to use more power and one wire has a max load that it can handleyou run 2 and you will have more power to each amp
Q:when i bought my motherboard it came with two 4-pin to sata power cables but i see that the power supplies have a sata power cable on it how do i connect these i have no idea how to do this
Just connect the power supplies sata power connector to the hard drive. By the way those 4-pin(molex) to sata power connectors are only used if your power supply doesn't have sata power connectors but only molex and your hard drives are sata power. They allow you to connect a 4pin molex to the connector and power sata hard drives with it. If you want to connect a sata power connector to it and get molex power you can't the connector is not designed for that. Also if your hard drive uses sata to connect to the motherboard and has a 4pin power connector just connect a 4pin power cable from the power supply to the hard drive. I hope that answers your question.
Q:Okay after installing Deus Ex on a brand new PS3 slim I pressed the start button and when the screen went black the console hanged, I couldn't even press the PS button, at the suggestion of a friend I yanked the power cable. Now it works fine but I'm wary of putting Deus Ex back in, I doubt that its regioning since there's no such thing. Any ideas and troubleshooting solutions?BTW what are the consequences to yanking the power cable.
I don't think its the game cause I mine hangs to and I don't even have Deus Ex. pulling the Power cord ain't really a good idea it can lead to some issues
Q:I already looked at the company website and could not find the ordering option for those specific cords. HELP PLEASE!!
Hi okorder ..
Q:keep in mind this is a 6 yr old machine, the old roms connected the old way, I don't even know the name of the old cables.....
that okorder /
Q:trying to install new amplifier; running cable from battery through firewall to the trunk; done on several cars before; looking for advice or best practices...
Take your time and make yourself comfortable. Don't rush it or you will mess something up. Take everything apart first and give yourself a clear view of how and where you are going to run the pos and neg cables. Run the cables, test the connections and then re-assemble the interior panels. Make sure none of the wires are visible...
Q:I lost my PS3 power cable but I got one from an old pc and it does work but am i better off using my old cable?Does it affect my PS3's performance?
Mmm well a cable is a cable if it is a three pin one then it is fine. With powercables you need a certain thickness of the cable for safety. PC cables are able to run 1000Watt... so a 200Watt console is no trouble.
Q:I was playing Call of Duty Black ops when i looked down at my mess of cables. I have a lamp the also plugs into the same power outlet. When i looked down my lamp(that i leave on 10 out of 24 hours of the day) had this white stuff on it. I didn't think too much of it at that time but i looked at it again later and i was nervous that it could be dangerous. Anyone have any idea's as to what it could and if it is dangerous? Will it continue to spread? I don't want my ps3 to be destroyed. I looked on the internet and it sounds like Battery post corrosion. Not sure though. Thank you very much.
Corrosion! caused by oxidation, not dangerous Buy new wires, cables ect. Before it's to late
Q:Many of the complete amplifier kits, example rated for a 700 watt amplifier come with a 10 gauge power cable. Many of the gauge charts from the online car audio techs, would recommend a 4 gauge wire, but they sell the amp kits with the 10 gauge. I guess bigger is better, more efficient and safer for the installation, but I would expect them to add some * adjacent to the kit specs with their recommendation.
here okorder /... for subs i would go no smaller than 4gauge remember that if you want to upgrade in the future you will have to remove all of the old wire if its not thick enough and its more time/cost effective to go with the thicker stuff from the gate and use a distribution block to down size the wire at the amp
Q:My computer speakers have a control tower(volume etc.) that plugs into the back of the subwoofer. I would like to move the tower further away from the sub then the cable allows. Is there an extension cable I could get?On the cable it says:2464 E205890 AWM 80C 300V VW-1SCThe end of the cable is round and has a row of two pins, then a row of 4 pins and then a row of 3 pins.
For Extend Power Cable!?. Find correct extention any store tools category Or find in internet Searching. Good Luck. Comentary: Take precaution about Where install and take all the precaution. I remember to find one in Lowes
