- How old are you how long are your arms? Taller guys have issues with this, ignore the guy who said feel the weight You have my problem-powerful shoulders that take over. Try this for 3 weeks: cable crossover light weight 100 reps, then 3 sets of dumbbell presses heavy 6 to 8 reps, Incline 2 sets same deal heavy 6-8 reps and decline 1 set 6-8 all dumbbells. For week 4-6 pec dec 50 reps then Incline barbell wide grip 3 sets 6-8 barbell wide grip flat bench 2 sets 6-8 barbell wide grip decline 1 set 6-8. You will see growth from this if you are a shorter guy use a medium grip instead of wide. Also squeeze together like you are trying to shorten the bar for greater pec development.

- dumbbell if you buy the changing weight ones with a bunch of weight. their is an endless number of excursizes that you can do with dumbbells. with the bench press all you can do it the bench press, power cleans, front squats, deal lifts, military press, snatch, curls, tricep extensions. that sounds like a lot of different things but if you keep doing those same things then your body will get use to it and they wont be that effective. dumbbells excersizes curls, tricept extensions, french press, dumbbells press, chest flys, rows, seated curls, preacher curls, contraction curls, shoulder press, arnold press, front and side raises, shoulder flys, DB squats, DB dead lifts, step ups, push up rows, hammer curls, twist curls, DB swings DB snatch, DB power clean, DB over head squats, squat and press, and soooo many more there is an endless possibility with dumbbells if you have enough weight. i say go with the dumbbells.

- This is the way I've heard it. Vanity press will publish anything. I mean anything. I've read a few books of friends who have published that way and it falls under the anything category. I'm sure you could send them rubbish and they will send you a letter back saying they have the perfect editor for you to work with for X amount of dollars. They will make suggestions, offer advice etc. Even if you don't change a word for, XX amount of dollars you can still have your work published. I say this because I have a friend and he was highly offended when they offered to edit the manuscript he submitted for additional monies. He didn't believe his work needed editiong. He considered his work perfect as it was. He sent it back to them without making a single change and they published it with spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and all in bold caps. Reading it hurt my eyes. At least the cover he choose was pretty but at $25 dollars a copy I would rather just go buy a piece of art.

- Why don't you ask your Uncle? Yes, you can press with an EZ curl bar but you'll want to keep your grip wide, beyond the bends in the bar. You can also press with dumbells..and you can do flys with them as well. Only you can know how safe it is. I can't know how you're training, so I can help you with safety. - Depending on how much time you are allowed to prepare the flowers, is the method one must use. If time is rushed.. One can press the flowers with sheets of wax paper and an iron. Turning the iron on low and iron the flowers between two sheets of the wax paper. Do not over heat the wax paper and make sure you have the paper facing the correct direction as not to get any wax on your iron.. Typically this would be the shiny side facing each other. If one had a bit longer to wait, you need some very large books and place the flowers between the pages.. and set other books on top to act as a press. Shops like Fed-Ex/Kinko's offer a laminate servers with you can do yourself.. they that for the fastest way to press small flowers.

- the records have a groove . when you play the record a pickup rides in the groove and the ridges in the groove wiggle the pickup to give the sound. to make the records they first make a metal version of the record that has a ridge instead of a groove so that when this metal disk stamps the blank vinyls it leaves the groove in the record. thats called pressing a record.
