- i don't see the need cuz there are already so many different colors of eyeshadow out there. but, you know what, i was in a store like this in london where they had all natural makeup and eyeshadows pressed into pretty pots. maybe you can start a business like that 1 day. in order to be able to sell stuff like this, you'd have to think about unique pots, not just eyeshadow.
- Q:okay so i weigh about 160-165 5'9 and im 13 and in 8th going to play freshman football in may. Bench press is a big problem cuz i think i can only do 115 so i want to not only get stronger in my bench press but all in squats,hang clean ect. i do a weight lifting program and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to work out like bench press,hang clean,and all that stuff in the morning in my garage and also do weight training that same day around 5:15pm? - theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. - Q:I have a 2000 Mazda Miata and up until recently it has functioned perfectly. Recently it started to make a squealing sound when the clutch was pressed. I noticed the sound would go away as soon as the car warmed up. Now however the problem has leveled. The car now stalls every time i press the clutch. If I press the clutch it makes that squealing noise until stalling the car. I have not driven it since it stalled on me. My question is what is causing all of this mess? and am I pretty much at the point of no return? Will I pretty much have to replace my whole transmission?
- sounds like your clutch plate has gone,or worn out,check to make sure its not fluid or a cable fault first,if you cant do the job youself,it will cost

- Bench Press and Incline BP work the chest (pecs). I assume you are talking about bicep curls,and obviously they work the biceps. Frequency should be no more than twice a week. Research has show there is minimal benefit (even a -ve benefit) to working muscles any more often than that.
