The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

1.The drawn cup needle roller bearings are needle roller bearings with the deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring with either an open end or closed end.
2. The bearings are characterized by a very low sectional height and high load carrying capacity
3. The bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore can not be used as a raceway for a needle roller and cage assembly but where a very compact and ecnomical bearing arrangement is required.
4. Typically, drawn cup needle roller bearings have a single row of rollers. However, wide sizes incorporate two needle roller and cage assemblies immediately asjacent to each other with a lubrication hole in the outer ring.

- Q:if someone has the LUCKY ABEC 7 bearings.....the black part/side of it and the silver side of it....which one goes outward? does it matter? if it does... please tell me how because i dont want to screw up my board. THE ONE FROM ZUMIEZ... with the green/silver/black tin
- Silver out it does matter because you dont want dirt getting in your bearing and f-ing them up. Spacers are seperate from the bearing their just little cilindrical tubes.The easiest way to put bearings on is to put your bearing on the truck your wheel then press down on the wheel same for the other side.

- the noise is the first clue. The other way to tell is to drive it on the highway for a while, then when you stop get out and feel the center of the wheels. If they are really hot there is a good chance that your bearings are going.

- Bad rod bearings can be heard and replacing the oil pump is recommended but not required. But before doing the work, it might be wise to price a salvage yard engine. This is because the rings, valves and other parts will need to be done next. True it will not have new bearings, but if you don't plan on owning the car for more then a year or two, it might be the wiser move. If you plan on owning the car for sometime, just get the engine rebuilt completely. Other wise it will just be one engine repair after another.

- are you sure only the rod bearings are affected and no damage to crank pin ? remove the oil pan and work under the engine. when you remove the oil pan you can have access to connecting rods, you just unbolt the rod cap and replace the bearings then re-torque back the cap's bolts. you may turn the crankshaft while working around on each rod..
- Q:I have reds bones bearings and they were all fine until today. I got them over a month ago and haven't cleaned them. Today I ran over a pebble going fast and fell. Right after that my bearings on one of my wheels stopped spinning. I could ride but they don't spin when I spin them with my hand. I think something got in the bearings. It's both of the bearings in the wheel not just one. What could I do to check if there's anything in them? What do I do if there is? And how do I clean the bearings? What do I need? - Reds are your best bet. Although i would recomend getting bones swiss bearing. They may be more expensive, but they are well worth it. With bones, abec doesn't matter. Abec was designed for bearings for the industrial use. Although abec 7s arw good, bones dont have abec because they dont need it. They are further designed to resist the hazards that skateboarding may have rather than most bearings.
- Q:At speeds above 60km/h (37ish miles/h) my car starts to vibrate and it sounds like my tires are squealing, but when i am turning right vibration disappears and also the sound of the squealing, however when turning left it gets worst then going straight.This happened after i hit a curve and i got both steering and wheel alignment check. Also i installed another set of rims and the symptoms are same.
- It could be a number of things but I would guess the wheelbearings, or at least one is bad. It could also be a bent tie rod, shot ball joints... Most wheelbearings tend to make noise as speed increases...but not in ALL cases. I'd take it in for a front end inspection and go from there.
