Product Description:

1.Description

Aerogel Insulation Felts

Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

2.Specifications

1.Superior Thermal Performance
2.Long service life
3.Environmentally Safe
4.Sound resistance

 3. Advantages

(1).Superior Thermal Performance

The maximum use temperature is 1000,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.

(2). Long service life

Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.

(3). Physically Robust:
It has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.

(4). Environmentally Safe:
Composed of inorganic materials, it contains no hazard. Stripping little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes.

Sound resistance and Shock Absorption
sound resistance and shock absorption help better the environment quality.

(5). Easy to Install
Extremely low density (200kg/m3) contributes to easy-to-cut and easy-to-install.

Q:Rubber and plastic or glass wool, which one more suitable for suspended ceiling thermal insulation materials?
The performance will be better, but the quality of glass wool must be considered, the heat conductivity coefficient is the key. But now the quality of the domestic glass wool is not so good, you'd better use rubber and plastic.
Q:What advantages do thermal insulation glass fiber wool have?
The advantages of thermal insulation glass fiber wool: 1. Thermmal insulation properties: Normal temperature thermal conductivity of glass fiber is about 0.056. The lower in thermal conductivity, the better in moisturizing effect. So aluminum silicate fiber is the best in thermal insulation in terms of material properties. However, thermal insualtion effect is also related to compressed density of fibers. So, it cannot be generalized. 2. Applicability: Glass fiber (melting point is 680 degrees) belongs to the low and middle-temperature thermal insulation material whose suitable temperature is below 700 degrees, while aluminum carbonate fiber belongs to high-temperature thermal insulation material, whose fire-resistant temperature is 1000 to 1790 degrees. 3, It has good insulation, strong heat resistance, great corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, low water absorption and low prices.
Q:What are the uses of glass wool thermal insulation materials?
Thermal insulation for external walls, and air conditioning ducts. They also play a role in fireproofness.
Q:What are the requirements for filling the glass wool insulation materials?
It depends on design requirements, local climate and budget.
Q:What's the centrifugal glass wool?
Centrifugal glass wool board is board product with a certain intensity which is made by curing centrifugal glass wool. Whether in high or low temperature environment, it can maintain good heat insulation and sound absorption properties, mainly used for interior wall compartment in advanced architecture.
Q:Rock wool board and glass wool board, which is more harmful to human body?
Rock wool board, rock wool board has more layers!
Q:How to use glass wool for filtering?
you can use buchner funnel or filter paper, specific question needs precious analysis, it mainly depends on the filter state, if solid particles are large, you can directly use ordinary funnel but not filter paper, when solid particles are small, you can use filter paper.
Q:How much is the unit weight of thermal insulation glass wool boards at least? How much is the unit weight of sound absorption glass panels?
They are from twenty to less than eighty.
Q:What is the difference between the glass fiber and glass wool?
Fiberglass is an excellent inorganic non-metallic material. There are many kinds of glass fibers whose advantages are good insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and the drawbacks are brittle and poor wear resistance. Glass wool, a man-made inorganic fiber, belongs to a kind of glass fiber. It is a spongiform material made through fibration of melten glass. It is an inorganic fiber whose chemical components belong to glass, having good formability, low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and sound absorption, corrosion resistance and chemical stability.
Q:Which one among polystyrene boards, rock wool boards and glass wool boards is the best materials for external wall thermal insulation?
Polystyrene boards are better in terms of external wall thermal insulation materials but now polystyrene boards are not allowed to use. Rock wool and glass wool can be used, but they need good waterproofing treatments.
