- Just have a proper diet rich in fiber and protein and try to cut all the unhealthy stuff from your diet atlhough its good to enjoy. Dont binge on unhealthy stuff any other time. You should also exercise 3-5 times a week and you should definitely see results in a couple of weeks. Learn more here:

- bench press will work your chest/shoulders/triceps. it emphasizes each muscle differently depending on your grip width. if you have a wide grip, you will mostly work your chest. if you have a close grip, then youre gonna work your triceps. if you do it at an incline, then youre gonna be doing upper chest and shoulders
- Q:ok..so me and my bf or ex or whattever, have been together adn living together for 4 in a half years. the past 3 weeks we have been broken up with he has not evicted me at all. lately we were getting along and then last night i came over to get some stuff and he flipped ...he called the cops saying i tried running him over and the car i am driving is getting re po soon and i wouldn't return it. - the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.

- he has a right to confront any witnesses formed against him..that being said if you don't show up to say yes he did this or anyone else..his charges will more than likely be dismissed..it would be up to the state to prove beyond a reasonable he is guilty..meaning the prosecutor would need you to corroborate the events that took place..the prosecutor will try to threaten you with contempt if you don't appear..a scare tactic..you are a victim and its illegal to victimize a victim more than has already occurred..however you can speak to his lawyer not him directly..and let his lawyer know he needs some type of counseling and you would feel better knowing the court is monitoring..so if he is charged with a felony you would like that dropped to a misdemeanor and some counseling..to ensure his behavior changes...
