Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q:Whats the difference between Steam and VALVe?
I don't understand this question fully, but I think you like my answer: Steam is a software for gaming articles, but it also meaning gas on another word. Valve (www.google.rs/search?q=Valvehl=srclient=firefox-ahs=SCurls=org.mozilla:en-US:officialprmd=imvnssource=lnmstbm=ischei=8zHfTr2iIsKnhAeTy-yVBQsa=Xoi=mode_linkct=modecd=2ved=0CCgQ_AUoAQbiw=800bih=393) is a legal company, same as meaning the link I put there. Hope it helps! :)
Q:valve mismatch?
Wherever you are get out. You are about to be ripped off. This will probably be too late. I gather the code you gave is the trouble code, as they are called, from the cars obd. The code 300 is random / multiple cylinder misfire. The code 302 is cylinder # 2 misfire The code 420 is catalytic system below threshold bank # 1 Deciphered this means you have a spark plug misfiring in cylinder #2, bank # 1. The misfire is causing a rich gas mixture in the exhaust system that is detected by the sensor and therefore it says you have a catalytic converter problem. I would suggest you replace your spark plugs, if they have a lot of miles on them. Are they the original plugs ? I f so they are probably due. Get out of there and go find an honest shop that will not rip you off. Now that you know the problem they can;t cheat. I don't know what all that other valve business was about but all you have is a misfiring spark plug.
Q:new head gasket. insane valve tapping?
When you replaced the head gasket, did you properly adjust the valves, as in preload? Doesn't sound like it...as for different length push rods, you'll have to check that repair manual you went by...you did read the repair manual, right? As for the rest, head gaskets must go on only one way. Did you make sure all the holes lined up correctly, and one or more cooling passages weren't blocked by the gasket? Torqued properly, in sequence? Were the intake manifold and exhaust gaskets installed and torqued properly? Sorry to be a nag, but as you can see there is more to it than just unbolting and rebolting parts...
Q:What causes oil spot saturation on valve covers?
Sounds like bad valve cover gaskets. Not too big of a job.
Q:Water heater leak around relief valve?
If you are sure the valve is ok, it could very well be just condensate. Other than that, the tank itself could be leaking internally and this is the shortest point for it to show up. If this is the case then there should be water in the floor as well. I would replace the valve first as there could be a small crack in the valve body that only shows up under pressure.
Q:my valve cap is leaking slowing how do i fix it on my 95 jeep cherokee?
valve cap? like on the tire? shouldn't leak...replace valve stem
Q:Heart Valve question - stenosis and regurgitation?
stenosis means thats it difficult to open the valve to allow a full ejection of blood. regurgitation is caused by an insufficient valve, in which the valve does not close all the way, and thus allows blood to flow backwards. For instance, the two AV valves (mitral on the left, tricuspid on the right), are prevented from prolapsing by chordae tendonae, which are connective tissue fibers attached to pieces of cardiac muscle (papillary muscles) on one end, and the edge of the valve on the other. If these chordae tendonae break, this may cause blood to flow back into the respective atria during ventricular systole. Valvular insufficiency and prolapse will cause diminished stroke volume. Valvular stenosis, on the other hand, is typically caused by a buildup of material on a valve which inhibits its movement. This buildup could be many different things, to name a few: valve calcification due to hypercalcemia, bacterial adhesion and growth due to sepsis, plaque (cholesterol bound with free radicals) buildup on the valve, a fibroma, etc... If the valve's opening is inhibited, and it does not open all the way, there will be a diminished blood flow into whatever chamber is next in the sequence. If an AV valve is stenotic, the ventricles may not fill properly, and preload will be low, which will lower ejection volume. If the semilunar valves are stenotic, then the ventricles will likely hypertrophy because they will need to work harder to force as much blood out, because blood entering the ventricle must equal blood leaving the ventricle with each heartbeat (starlings law of the heart).
Q:Question about running open headers and valves?
The valve damage from open headers sounds more like a theory than reality. I, and numerous other drag racers, have run open headers for decades without valve damage. More often than not, it's either the lower end or other parts of the valve train that crap out long before the valves. The O2 sensors will work if they stay hot enough, otherwise you may need to put heated sensors in.
Q:EGR Valve drivability issues?
You really need to find a competent mechanic. (sometimes easier said than done). I have worked on cars for over 20 years and have NEVER seen a vacuum leak cause this kind of erratic behavior. If the codes will not reset, either the mech. doesn't know what he's doing or you have major computer problems. It may need to be replaced. The computers in vehicles are very reliable but not perfect. From what information you have given it seems that is the case. Before you go that route there are several sensors on this motor that could cause this. crank position, throttle position, mass air flow, etc. EGR would not cause this either. It have also seen coils breaking down cause this. This will get worse the longer the motor runs. (heat makes it worse). If you are not one to work on your own car I would start going to some differnt shops. Some times small shops seem to know more about troubleshooting than the dealerships.
Q:how to replace 1991 honda accord heater control valve?
Honda guy has the terrific answer, yet I also have a pair issues to characteristic. whether that is like my daughter's 1993 Accord, that is extra handy to do from under the vehicle than above it. if so the converter warmth safeguard is close by and it badly decrease my wrist whilst i attempted to get the valve hose off the heater center - placed a rag on that depraved concern. Be very mushy whilst wrestling the hose off the heater center pipe that sticks interior the process the firewall - the pipe is skinny brass and easily deformed. that is terrific to diminish the hose lengthwise and peel it off, and wait and notice. you will opt to interchange that little bit of hose besides. EDIT - one extra concern. After refilling the coolant, discover the nipple (in all probability on the thermostat housing) for bleeding the trapped air out of the cooling device. Open it a million/2 a turn and close it whilst a mushy flow of coolant comes out. correct up the radiator - keep in mind, constantly use ideal coolant diluted in accordance to instructions with purified water, under no circumstances faucet water. existence is sturdy.
