General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:Model 28 BS 12.5 HP engine intake valve sticks. Please advise. When under a full load like tall grass, it runs great, but when the load is not as heavy, the intake valve sticks open, spewing gas back through the carb and mis-firing.
Don't know anything about configuration of this model by number, but I can recommend you hit up your library for a copy of How to Repair Briggs Stratton Engines, by Paul Dempsey. I have 2nd edition, but I think they are currently on fourth edition. First thing I would do is pull the head and inspect the valve seats. Lap the valves if necessary. If the valve seats are good to go, then you have to look at the lifting mechanism. Does it have rocker arm, or straight push lifters? Could the cam shaft have been damaged (i.e., have you hit any stumps with it)?
Q:Is there a devise to reverse the flow to a cylinder. Not the pump. But a inline flow deverter that would shift the flow from one side of the cylinder to the other at the end of the stroke automatically without a person interjecting.ie it extends fully then the flow reverses retracting it fully. Then the flow reverses, and it extends fully and so on.Preferably, with as little lag as possible during the transition.I want the pump to run constantly(not reversing) and the cylinder to run constantly. Do not worry about the heat generated.Would love something that ran off the main cylinder(like a secondary piston or valve that would opendivert flow at the end of the stroke) through linkage. But, I am open to electronics if need be. Further more want the return to be metered so that the push and pull forces will be the same(metered through a smaller opening to adjust for the rod).Thankyou
even though this patent claims it will save money by eliminating a servo controller, it would seem to me to be an expensive item in and of itself. Other mechanisms would use linkages and lost motion to control a pilot shuttle valve. This would operate like the valve assemble for steam reciprocating pumps.
Q:I got a french horn, but don't know if I can just use the valve oil I use for my trumpet. please help, thnx in advance :D
Yes and no. Most pro repair shops use a heavier oil on the bearings and your valve oil on the inside of the valve. Confused? On both ends of the valve are the real friction points, the bearings. One can be seen under the valve cap. Take the cap off and push the valve, the little post you see moving in the middle is the bearing. The other one is on the underside. It comes out of the valve body and has the string post screwed on it. The only point to oil the bottom bearing is that little crack you see where it comes out of the valve body. You put a drop of sewing machine oil on those 2 bearing spots, 3 in 1 oil also works. Then pull a valve slide and put a few drops of valve oil down into the valve. That is how it is done. BTW, there is no difference between valve oil and rotor oil most of the time.
Q:What's the safety valve (relief valve) type?
The four common types of pressure relief are the spring loaded valve, the rupture disc, the balance bellows spring loaded valve and the pilot operated relief valve.
Q:I was looking at the specs on my audi a4 and it said 30 valves and I was looking at a few other cars and they said 24 valves. What do the valves determine? Whats the difference if the car has more valves than another?
Valves let the air and fuel in and the exhaust out. Number doesn't matter much, seeing as some valves are bigger than others and overall what really matters is the bottom line which is power and efficiency.
Q:hi My Dad is 65 yrs old. he is very fit and healthy. He has had heart problems as long as i remmember! he has been under care for almost 2 years now and he has had to stents put in. Now the doctor has found out that his Mitral valve is leaking. They have told him tat he needs surgery to either have the valve replaced or repaired. i like to know if anyone out there has been through this and can help ease this a little as Ia really worried!! Thank you!
Mitral valve surgery is surgery to either repair or replace the mitral valve in your heart. Minimally invasive mitral valve surgery is done through much smaller incisions (cuts). In open surgery, the surgeon makes a large incision (cut) in your breastbone to reach the heart. Mechanical heart valves do not fail often. However, blood clots develop on them. If a blood clot forms, you may have a stroke. Bleeding can occur, but this is rare. Biological valves tend to fail over time. But they have a lower risk of blood clots.
Q:where on the motor is the valves location
The idle air control valve can be found under the throttle body. In order to get to it: 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. 2. Remove air intake from throttle body. 3. Disconnect throttle body cable. 4. Disconnect sensor connectors from IAC valve, and throttle position sensor. 5. Remove 4 bolts from throttle body using 10mm socket wrench. 6. Take throttle body, turn bottom side up, remove 4 mounting screws from IAC Once you do that you have removed the IAC. Reverse the steps to put it back on starting at number 6 and working your way back to number one How do you replace an air idle control valve? Replacing an idle control valve can be a daunting task. For your specific application, we recommend to ask in our car forum for advice. Here we will describe the basic process for replacing your idle control valve. Please note that for different cars and trucks the process will not be the same. Steps to replace your idle control valve You will want to begin by first gaining access to the idle control valve. In order to do this you will need to remove the air filter assembly, along with the air mass sensor and the air mass meter boot. Once you remove this whole assembly, you should have easy access to the throttle body. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the intake manifold. Usually on the bottom of the throttle body, on fuel injected cars, there is a idle control valve. To remove the old valve, simply unscrew or unbolt it. Bolt on the new valve, and reinstall everything. Make sure you replace your throttle body gasket at this time.
Q:In the very near future I'm having valve replacement surgery. I haven't yet been told the risks or the recovery period, does anyone know the risks or the recovery stages and how long recovery takes?
Valve replacements actually have very low morality rates like 1-2%. There are always risk's with surgery though, such as blood clots or irregular heart rate. The recovery in the hospital is generally 5-7 days, and then it can take anywhere from 8 weeks to a year to feel recovered.
Q:non-return valves
..?..non-return valves..? I will assume that your 'non-return valves', are what is also known as check valves. Check valves allows flow in one direction only. These are used wherever you need to prevent backflow into the system, or to maintain a charged circuit with fluid, until you choose to unload(depressurize ) it. Now, why are they used in discharged lines of salt water, basically to prevent backflow....reason not known, here , requires usage info.
Q:Surly Pilots don't just switch the fuel selector valve of mid flight
Do you know for certain that it was, or are you just repeating unfounded rumors? What's your source for this information?
