1.Black Annealed Tie Wire  for Building High Quality and Best Price Description

Black Annealed Iron Wire, mostly written as Soft Annealed Wire, Annealed Iron Wire or just Annealed Wire. This kind of steel wire offers excellent flexibility and softness due to its oxygen free annealing process. Our annealed wire products are mostly used as tie wire or material for weaving wire mesh.

Black annealed wire is made of Q195 wire rod drawn as raw materials. After selecting the raw materials by about 1000 ° high temperature and then cooled to a suitable speed. The purpose is to reduce the hardness, improving machine ability; eliminate residual stress, stable size, reduced distortion and cracking tendency; refined grains, adjust the organization and eliminate tissue defects.

Q:Im trying to make a wire figure out of floral wire! HOW?!?!?! HELP!
take the wire and make the circle head first. then get the body wire and wrap the end of the to the head. get the right amount of wire for the arms and lay it across the body wire then twist it around the body in the middle a few times. for the legs bend them in the middle and wrap the bottom of the body around the bend.
Q:I'm doing a science experiment and I don't know why resistance decreases as the diameter of the wire increases. Any help is appreciated.
Basically a thick wire behaves as a lot of thin wires. Comparing one thin wire to a whole bunch, it is easy to see a difference. How this is explained in simple terms is that there are more paths for the electrons to take in a thicker wire, instead of them all being forced though the same space in the thin wire. You could compare it to cars on a motorway, the more lanes there are the more cars will be able to travel on it. A single lane would get blocked up if all cars in say four lanes tried to travel down it. Hope that explained things clearly!
Q:Please help, I'm stuck on this problem:An aluminum wire and a steel wire, each of length 4m, are hung from the ceiling. A 7 kg mass is suspended from the lower end of each wire. The aluminum wire has a diameter of 1.1 mm. What must be the diameter of the steel wire if it is to stretch the same distance as the aluminum wire, so that the two wires maintain equal lengths after masses are attached? Young's modulus for aluminum is .70 x 10^11 Pa and for steel it is 2.0 x 10^11 Pa.
The cross-sectional area of the steel wire must be (.70 x 10^11 / 2.0 x 10^11) of the aluminum wire. So the area of the Al wire is pi*(0.55mm)^2 = 9.50331778 × 10^-7 m^2 The area of the Steel wire must be 3.32616122 × 10^-7 m^2 now solve for the radius of the steel wire. A = pi*r^2 - r = 0.32538 mm d = 2*r = 0.65077 mm
Q:I have a 99 Dodge Ram.. The radio ignition wire is burnt out.. Can anyone tell me where I can connect a new ignition wire to??
Radio ignition wire? Could you be talking about the RFI capacitor that looks like a condenser? If it is it hooks to the hot side of the coil. I would need more information to properly answer this question.
Q:Question:What is the point of new wires? Everyone keeps saying thicker wire. What does that thicker wire do? Does it carry a different force? I thought the ligature bands is what gives the wire the force? I'm kind of confused! Also, do you get a thicker wire everytime? Is this thicker wire visibly thicker and noticable?Does the thicker wire cause a drastic diff in pain?Thank you for your help and answering my question about my previous question.
No, you can't physically see the difference in the thicker wire, but you can feel the difference when they first put it in. It will feel kind of heavier and tighter. It won't last long though...maybe 2 or 3 days and you'll get used to it. No, you won't get a thicker wire at every visit.
Q:A long horizontal wire carries a current of = 52 . A second wire, made of 1.00--diameter copper wire and parallel to the first, is kept in suspension magnetically 5.0 below. What is the magnitude of the current in the lower wire?
The lower wire is kept in suspension magnetically means that the downward force of gravity is equal to the upward magnetic force. Its NOT an easy problem so we need to solve it in small steps. Let's find the two forces acting on the lower wire: (*) Downward force of gravity = mg = (volume) x (density) x (gravitational acceleration) = (pi r^2 L) x(8920)x(9.8) = 0.06896L We assume the radius of the wire is 0.5 mm or 0.0005m, copper density is 8960 N/m^3, gravitational acceleration = 9.8 m/s^2 (**) Upward magnetic force = mu(zero) x i(one) x i(two) x L / (2 pi d) = 2.08x10^(-4) L i(two) mu(zero) is a constant = 4 pi 10^(-7), i(one) is the current in the first wire = 52A, i(two) is the unknown current in the second wire, d is the distance between the wires = 5 mm or 0.005m The forces are equal, therefore 0.06896L = 2.08x10^(-4) L i(two) We divide both sides by L (the unknown length of the lower wire) and now we can solve for the current i(two) ANSWER: i(two) = 331.5 A
Q:Not the wire from RadioShack, but the really thin stuff used in modded circuit boards, logic circuits, low power circuits, etc.
This Site Might Help You. RE: Where can you buy really thin electrical wire? Not the wire from RadioShack, but the really thin stuff used in modded circuit boards, logic circuits, low power circuits, etc.
Q:Wiring together 200 + different colored LEDs. Voltage per LED ranges from 2.5 - 3.6. What is the best way to go about wiring them together and what type of power source should i use?
how the hell should i know?
Q:we need to know how an electrical wire is measured. When you say for example a stranded tw wire 2mm2 does it mean 2mm square or 2 square mm meaning the area of the wire? does the measurement or size indicated in the insulation includes the insulation itself when measuring the wire? how about a stranded wire? basically the question is please explain the size of thw or tw wire stranded or solid wire indicated on the insulation. And how it is measured. does the insulation included in the measurement or just the copper wire inside that is measured.
The diameter of the conductor is generally going to be given in either gauge (AWG) or square millimeters. This is describing the size of the electrical conductor only, not including the outer insulation. Most wire specs will also include a measurement for O.D., which is outer diameter or overall diameter. This measurement will include all insulation and jacketing, and will be the total diameter of the cable. Stranded wires will be specified in terms of the overall gauge of the wire. For instance, a 22 AWG stranded wire might be marked as: 22 AWG (7x30) which means it's a 22 AWG stranded wire, made up of 7 strands of 30 AWG solid wire. See link below for more info, and conversions between AWG and square mm.
Q:which guage power wire will handle 100 amps
4 gauge is fine Good Luck
