- Q:hello, im pressing a sunflower for my girlfriend, and i just got it, its just bigger than a CD rom, so its grown quite a bit, and i snipped the stem off, and it has this leafy backing, which wouldnt let me properly sandwich the petals, so i used a knife and cut some away, but the middle seeds started to come out a bit at the edges and some petals fall. BASICALLY i got most of it off and the flower intact and will arrange nice when its done. but should i have done somethign different ? like pluck all the petals ? and arrange after or what ? :o plz help me! i have never pressed anything that is a bit thick at the center before. !!!!many thanks if some1 can share their experience !!! + tips? :D

- Q:I heard that if you bench press alot without deadlifting your bench press will stop improving eventually. Is this true? I already do squats, is that good enough? I don't really like deadlifts.
