Q:difference between power and control cable?
Sorry, but what is the context? It's difficult to answer without more detail.
Q:I am getting a new 160 amp high output alternator for my 2005 Mazda 3 2.3L. I am running a 1000w amp with two subs. I have the stock alternator in it right now. There are two power cable kits available for me to get. One that has 4 gauge wire with a 100 amp fuse and the other, 1 gauge with 150 amp fuse. Which kit should I get? Can I just add 4 gauge wire along with my stock wire instead of the 1 gauge kit? What are the fuses for and which one would work better? I know nothing about this. Thanks.
I would go with the 1 ga wire. The fuse keeps the wire from setting your car on fire. The size of the alternator does not matter. The battery should supply 700 amps or so.
Q:How should connectors for storage device cables and connectors for power supply be described?
well the storage device cables are called SCSI (Small Computers System Interface) and those power cables don have any special names,,, The power output from smps comprises of four wires.. +12v -12v +5v and -5v
Q:I just have the power cable for battery, lost the ground cable.. Can I cut from power cable and use for ground? Are they the same thing or different cables.??
the only difference is the plastic coating (the color)- as long as you don't mix up the pos and neg at the amp you are fine
Q:is there any way to fix this? i don't want to upgrade my power thingy though.
Did the cardboard incorporate a cable that has a huge and small white connector on one end and a huge connector on the different? Or a small connector on one end and a extensive 4pin connector on the different end? If it did, connect the small connector to the small 4 pin interface connection on the lower back of the cardboard and hook the means suppy to the different end of the cardboard. This ingredients the voltage mandatory to run the fan, you pick this for cooling.
Q:Well...My xbox seens to be a falcon with 65nm...the cable is diferente, the intercooler have a little hook at it, but the power cable dont. and i cant plug it.I'm think about broke the intercooler hook to be able to plug the pwoer cable. but i'm afraid if will have any problem about voltage or something.anyone help? thank you...brazilian kissis
The intercooler is useless on the Falcon 360s. You don't need it because the Falcon 360 don't run hot enough to need it.
Q:3 * 185 + 1 * 95 What is the price of copper cable? Thank you friends help
That is the two 10KV line is not specifically for you, and perhaps for others.
Q:do you know if there any router power by rj45 cable not an AC adapter?
You can buy adapters for expensive Cisco and other Wireless equipment to do exactly this. The power is supplied across an RJ45 cable from a box situated in the patch cabinet I assume the receiving box has to have the correct ports to be able to use this.
Q:There have been severe storms in my country Kenya and power lines have fallen and caused a lot of injuries, some fatal to pedestrians, motorists and others.I am sure if power lines were covered with rubber sheathing or some other apopropriatde material, there would be less likelihood of electrocution, serious injury, fire or property damage. I am a lay person in these matters so I am talking from what I have seen. Thanks in advance.
Let's see... First of all ONLY high voltage power cables do not have protective polymer insulation. Low voltage cables, like the ones that bring outlet tension to homes do have an insulation, usually made of PVC, rubber, silicone and such. The large, 10000Volts, up to and over 200000 volts and so on do not for several reasons: 1. It would be impractical to make. For usual materials, like PVC the thickness of the insulation would be extreme (I think as thick as several centimeters) as to protect from such high voltages. Such insulations would make the cables break under their own weight. 2. The cables heat up really good under the enormous currents and voltages so the insulation plastic would be close to melting point all the time. 3. PVC is quite senzitive to weather curing. It becomes brittle and cracks if left under weather condition for several years so the insulation would still serve to no good. Furthermore, regulations regarding aerial wiring state that they should avoid crossing populated areas, roads, etc. unless absolutely necessary. Also, wires fallen on ground should definitely not be messed with. Furthermore, if high voltage cables were insulated, this would only serve ready made combustion materials for fires in case of short circuits and damages. I guess this takes care of your question...
Q:HiIs it advisable to run 110VAC cable from the sub stationa and 110VAC cable from generator (clean) in the same conduit ; one of them for lighting and the other for CCTV; the concern is if the one for lighting is not clean (not consisting of a pure sine wave or carrying interference) would that effect the power line of the CCTV and has an effect on the picture? even though both are 110VAC.the installation is over seas where the power from the station is not consistence.
if all the wires are rated the same you won't have a problem, but make sure you don't share the neutral with both circuits or you could get some interference. Run separate neutrals for each circuit and make sure your CCTV is on a dedicated circuit
