- Friction-less wheels are technically impossible. The only way you could make them is if you molded wheels from space itself. You can get normal plastic wheels and sand them. You can them put the axels for them in graphite. You could then put a lubricant on the wheels to make the wheel even faster. Hope this helped.

The 2.0L engine does not have a lot of torque at, or just above idle, so off the line, the car will feel a lot slower with 17's

- I'm guessing an F150, being not a top of the line vehicle, would probably not have a tire pressure monitor. I could be wrong. Why don't you just go to an auto parts store or gas station and buy a gauge for a couple bucks? The max pressure will be labeled on the side of the tire. It will take all of a few minutes to check all four tires.
