1.Structure of Solar Module Description

A solar cell module of the present invention was made to improve adhesion between electrodes, which is formed with thermosetting resin containing silver paste, of a solar cell element and connecting tabs coated with lead (Pb) free solder. To achieve this purpose, the solar cell module is comprised of a front surface member, a rear surface protective member, a plurality of solar cell elements provided between the front surface member and the rear surface protective member, and connecting tabs for electrically connecting the solar cell elements to each other through electrodes with the use of lead free solder. The electrodes of the solar cell elements are made of silver paste containing thermosetting resin and silver powder. The thermosetting resin contains epoxy resin at volume ratio of 70% or more having a glass transition rate of 80° C. to 200° C. measured by a TMA method. The connecting tabs coated with lead free solder are soldered to the electrodes.

I think it will be useful for you.. just try those things ..To begin, you will need a Multimeter which is able to measure DC fractions of voltage and your collection of solar cells, once you have this, position a light source near your solar cells as this will allow you to get a consistent measurement of voltage output of each of the solar cells.set your Multimeter to measure DC voltage and place the negative test lead on the side of the solar cell which shows negative voltage. Then place the positive test lead on the side f the solar cell which shows a positive voltage. Check to see what the maximum voltage output is and don’t move the solar cell around to try and get a higher reading. Next you need to separate your solar cells into groupings of .05 volt increments and this will allow you to take maximum advantage of solar cell output.the next step is to connect the solar cells with tinned interconnection wire and in order to achieve this you will need to take the spool of interconnection wire and cut it into 0.5 inch lengths.next every piece of the tinned interconnection wire should have solder put on it and you can do this by adding solder to 5.25 inches of the wire beginning at one end, then flip the wire over and add solder to the remainder of the wire beginning at the opposite end.now you must solder a length of the interconnection wire to each connection strip which is located on the front of each of the solar cells.

I had a survey of my home and it was estimated at $30K with a 30% rebate from the government. It would take about 5 years to pay back the cost. I elected to go solar water heating instead. 2 panels with piping installed to an 80 gallon electric water heater with an internal heat exchanger. One small photo voltaic panel to run the pump. The specifications you give say the solar panel produces 5 watts at 2 volts (DC) so that isn't enough voltage to power an ordinary (20-volt) light bulb. You could get 0 of these panels and connect them in series so they put out a total of 20 volts and the total power available would be 50 watts. The panels would light the bulb that way, provided the bulb isn't over 50 watts and you can afford the panels. A panel does provide enough power for a 2-volt car light bulb less than 5 watts. However, the maximum current you can get from these panels is .25 amperes (5 watts divided by 2 volts = .25 A.) This isn't enough power to run your pump which takes 6.5 amperes - at 20 volts, that would be 780 watts. Another thing to check is the pump motor; many electric motors are designed to run on AC only and will be damaged if you try to run DC through them. Remember solar panels produce DC so the raw output from a panel will not work on an AC motor.

You would need to consider how much sun your area gets on average. You would need to do a cost/benefit analysis to decide if you will be saving money eventually. Environmentally, it would not affect the plants or animals around it, except those it might block the sun from. Meaning, the grass growing in the shade of the panels will probably die out, but that goes for anything that would cast shade for the majority of the time. Solar panels are simply rechargers for the batteries it's hooked up to. No different than a cell phone charger affects the area, people or plants around it. If it is a worry, make some orgonite and place it around the panels. :)
