Q:I think THAT would be entertaining.
The WWE needs Hulk Hogan to become good again!
Q:I have my tragus pierced and I have a cartilage piercing. I was wondering if the pain is comparable to these. Is it worse? Less? And do most places pierce with the clamps or do they just put it through?
don't have my tragus but am planning on getting it...I have a scaffold piercing and a cartalage...of corse everyones pain threshold is different....but with my experience the scaffold piercing was the worst of of all my piercings....I'm not gunna lie it hurts...its not even when they do it...like it hurts but not awful :/...the second hole hurts worse...I did my own cartalage so it didn't rlly even bother me...idr...just be prepared for the healing process....I got mine. Or 9 months ago and it still hurts :/ if I get hit in it it effin hurts! But its an awsome piercing and I would never take it out and I love it so if you wanna get it deff go for it just be prepared to take care of it :) and it actually depends on the place if they use clamps or not mine did (they didn't hurt) :)
Q:A 56.0kg painter is on a uniform 23.5kg scaffold supported from above by ropes . There is a 5.0kg pail of paint to one side, as shown. How close to the end can he approach safely?
Torques left, about right rope. Scaffold is 6m long. 23.5/6 = 3.91667kg per metre. 3.91667 x 5m = 19.58335kg/m. 5kg x 3m = 15kg/m. Total = 34.58335kg/m torque. Torque right. 1 x 3.19667 = 3.91667kg/m. Subtract right from left, = 34.58335 - 3.91667 = 30.6667kg/m can be applied by the painter. 30.6667/ 56 = .548 metre, the painter can move to the right of the right rope.
Q:Another from the ministry of silly questions…I’d like to support a lightweight tarpaulin over my back yard. Single slope, high side attached to the house and low side attached to a scaffolding pole, running horizontally between two walls. Fair weather, no high winds or pooling. The run of pole would be 8 meters. The longest poles seem to be 6m, so I need to use a coupling. Will this be strong enough – ish? I imagine the most stressed point would be just around the edges of the coupling, so If I used two joints/couplings in the bar, wouldn’t I half the strain on a single one? Also if I made the joints at 1m and 7m would that be better than to have a joint in the middle where the most flexing will be?Also bit more expensive, but with Aluminium the bar will be 20kg lighter – buy will it be as strong joint wise? Will a tubular coupling be as good as a external one?If anyone knows.. Thanks!
The problem with your proposal is that you realise that the wind/rain could have an effect but chose to ignore the consequences if it occurs. 'Proper' scaffolding is designed and such an unsupported span would never occur in a 'normal' scaffold so the standard calculations would not work. There is also the possible effect on the walls, could they take an abnormal load? I would look at theatrical or music stage hire using trussed beams.
Q:I got my scaffolding piercing yesterday (a bar through the cartilage) and when i woke up this morning there was quite a lot of blood, i mean like there was big clumps of it around the holes. I've cleaned it up and it seems to look okay and it isn't any more painful than when i got it done yesterday. Is this normal? Thanks (:
well when i got my lip pierced idk if this is the same thing but when i woke up the next morning there was blood on my pillow, my face, and running down my neck and now its fine just be sure to clean it every day and it should be fine
Q:What are the specifications of the bowl fastener? What kind of?
Bowl buckle bracket. Divided into horizontal and vertical rod.Crossbar common specifications are: HG-60.HG-90.HG-120.HG-150
Q:So I have 2 paws on my wrist and had my belly done years ago as well as my ears. Now im interested in getting a scaffold piercing but ive been told it hurts, a lot! im not too botherd about the pain cause I know there will be something good at the end but can you tell me more?
I didn't think it hurt at all, but what sucks about this particular piercing is that your hair always gets stuck in it and it gets infected really easy. I think it was more painful actually having it than getting it done.
Q:im asking this because when i get back to school in september i will probably need to take it out for PE once a week in the mornings if thats possible, i cant tell my teacher that i cant do PE because if they found out i had the piercing they wold ask me to take it out as its school rules to not have any piercing other than the lobes.so should i even get it, i really want it.
2weeks and even about 1 month sorry hope it helps! x33
Q:And how long do you have to keep it on? Any other knowledge I should know?
8 - 16 weeks - healing time. But with some people it can be alot longer! Clean 3 - 4 times a day. Try cleaning with a mix of tea tree oil and water! It doesn't hurt much :)
Q:Thinking about getting this peircing done next. I got my first and second peircing on my lobes and neither hurt at all to me (like .5 out of 10). How much does industrial hurt out of 10? Is it a similar pain to lobe peircing? Also how long does it take to heal, until you can take it out and sleep on it?
For me, I'd rate it's pain level at about a 5. Just all depends on how well you tolerate. It's more uncomfortable than getting a lobe piercing, really not that similar. Mine took about about 6-8 months to heal for changing the jewelry, but took like maybe 2-3 months until I was able to sleep on it again. Good luck if you get it.
