FAQ of  Solar Panel Poly 225W CE/TUV/UL Certificates

(1) Can you offer the test report of the module?

Sure. All the solar modules must pass necessary tests including EL test and ultra-red test and other visual test of the apperance, and the test report presents all the detailed data of the modules.

(2) How  to confirm about the quantity and the type of solar module?

It depends on the solar system where  you want to put into use the solar modules. We have experienced engineers to design for your order and you need to give more information to fix the details.

Q:I'm looking for some advice on hot water solar panels. I'm trying to save some money on electricity. A neighbor has been suggesting solar powered equipment for some time now, and I think he's right. It does save quite a bit of money in the long run. They're kind of expensive though, so I'm looking for cheaper alternatives.
I worked for a plumbing service that offered hot water solar panel installs and replacements. I've replaced perfectly good solar panels for people who wanted to upgrade to the latest. We had piles and piles of panels out behind the shop. We use to scrap the copper and sell the glass panes. A few people would ask to scavenge panels and the boss would let them have it cheap, just to move some of the stuff. I would do the same. I'd find a local installer and see what they do with the leftovers. Chances are, if you searched diligently, you could probably find panels in good shape and use them to supplement your energy usage. Bear in mind, solar hot water system are very different from standard systems. They usually have a much larger storage tank. Typically 80-20 gallons compared to 40. They have a circulating pump and temperature sensors to move the heated water from the panel into the tank. These larger hot water heaters/tanks have much better storage and insulation to keep the water temperature that is generated during the day to last into the evening when people are home to use the shower and wash clothes to take advantage of solar heat. It's not just a matter of getting a panel and slapping it up. There's are technical aspects that need to be followed and if you don't know them, I would advise against doing it yourself. Study up on it and see if it's something you want to tackle on your own before you go too far doing legwork to find out details that might be cost prohibitive or too complicated. Good luck.
Q:Can solar panels be installed on a shaded area?
Solar panels can still be installed in shaded areas, but they may not be as effective in generating electricity compared to panels installed in direct sunlight. The amount of shade and duration of shading throughout the day will impact the overall energy output of the solar panels.
Q:What, if any, improvement in efficiency per square foot or meter is realized by a solar panel in space vs. being mounted on the ground where the light is attenuated by the atmosphere? In passing, I found a site that gives an output of .89 watts / 4 in. sq for a particular home-mounted panel.
I'm not sure on the exact numbers of solar panel efficiency, however i do know that at the radius of the Earth we should be receiving about 000W of power per square meter. This value is lessened by the atmosphere to a value closer to 600W per square meter on the Earth's surface. (on a really hot day) That's a 40% drop in power due to the atmosphere. I'm assuming that the solar panels being in space don't affect it's efficiency (as in mechanically). So its power generation should increase by about 40% when in space compared with a ground based panel of the same design. Hope this helps, Sorry it's kinda sketchy info...
Q:Can solar panels be installed on refugee camps?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on refugee camps. In fact, they have been successfully implemented in many refugee camps around the world. Solar panels provide a sustainable and reliable source of electricity, which is crucial for powering lighting, charging mobile phones, running medical equipment, and other essential needs. Additionally, solar energy helps reduce the dependence on fossil fuels, lowers costs, and improves living conditions for refugees.
Q:How do solar panels affect roof weight load?
Solar panels can increase the weight load on a roof, as they require mounting brackets and additional equipment to be installed. However, modern solar panels are designed to be lightweight and are typically not heavy enough to cause any significant structural damage to the roof. It is important to consult with a professional to assess the roof's load-bearing capacity before installing solar panels.
Q:Around this time here in Georgia we will begin to get some big storms with high winds. I have a solar panel on a mount that isn't all that sturdy and could be knocked over with any winds pretty much above 5mph. I can't put anything in the ground to do this. I used to have it mounted to the roof of a playground for the most sunlight, but because of the angle of the sun and the tree leaves, I have to have it on a quot;portablemount so I can move it throughout the day, and I can tell you one thing is certain, and that's that it isn't the most sturdy thing ever. I'll have it a little better next weekend but it'll still be able to easily blow in the wind. Should I just hang the panel along the wall during a storm then reconnect it to its base once it's over?I'm pretty good with wood, so any wood creations to help out with the thing would greatly help. Just please keep it on a low budget.
Solar panels are a costly and significant investment. Therefore, protecting them from harm should be a top priority. Unfortunately, moisture and water are common ways for solar panels to become damaged or broken. Safekeeping solar panels from both of these threats is a simple, inexpensive procedure, and doing so might save the solar panel owner a bundle if carried out correctly Instructions : Set a thick strip of silicone between each cell when putting the solar panel together, in order to prevent moisture seepage. 2: Use Plexiglas instead of glass as the face of your solar panel. Plexiglas is less liable to break and therefore safe from hailstorms or accidents. 3: Glue adhesive silicone to each side of your solar panel(s), adding additional sealant and protection from water to your commodity. :)
Q:HIToday i was using my BB gun and shot my dads solar panel. I want to fix it for him because he spent a lot of time trying to get the solar panels. All i broke was the glass on the front, what is the glass and where can i buy new glass for it?
Is it a solar water heater (with water running through it) or a solar electric panel (makes electricity)? If it is a solar water heater, you can buy tempered glass from a local glass dealer. If it is solar electric, it is probably cheaper to buy a new panel than trying to repair it. Read the label on the back of the panel to determine what model it is. If it is less than 40 watts, you may be able to have one shipped to you. If it is bigger than that, it will be expensive to ship just one panel, as it has to go by truck, you may be able to find a local place that sells them.
Q:Hello from SO TX.. I would like to know if anyone out there has SOLAR PANELS on their home?I have a 850 sq ft. house. I called Austin to a company that offers panels and installation. The cost $8,000.00, for 0 panels . The rep said we would save about 2 to 25% on our electric bill /mo. We use approximately 980 kw/mo. Our bill is around $40.00 / mo...I really don't think that's a good enough savings. We figure it would take 25 years to recoup our investment. And where we live in TX it does not offer any incentives. The gov. allows you a $2000.00 tx break.
I'm in the California Foothills and the island of Mindanao... I have both solar panels (electric and water heating) and a single wind-generator since 2000. We actually sell power to PGE in California and are self-sufficient in Mindanao. NOW, I'm confused with YOUR math... you say the Rep. suggests a monthly savings of $35 (25% of $40) which would be $420 / year. If materials / installation are $8,000 less $2000 tax-credit: it would take 35 years to pay off $6,000 at $420 / year. 980 Kwh/ mo is some pretty heavy usage... I'd suggest trying to reduce that. CFT's, lowering your AC setting, no lights if NOT in room, un-plugging stand-by appliances, and upgrading insulation. At our 2000 sq ft California RANCH we only burn 400 Kwh per month, and that includes an 800 sq ft barn (admittedly we heat with a wood-stove). We have 5, Sanyo 200 watt panels (3kw total) and generate an avg 900 kwh / month. SO, we're selling BACK almost 500 kwh mo. to the grid on the photo-cells alone. The kw wind generator averages another 20 kwh / month. I THINK the company YOU are working with is selling the EXCESS electrical-power back to the power-company behind your back !! GOOD LUCK
Q:Ok so i can have a problem i have two 5 watt 2 volt solar panels a 2 volt battery and a 400 watt ac 2 volt dc inverter i believe im only getting 5 watts from from my solar panels thats the equivalent of one is there any way i could get full voltage from my solar panels without theoretically burning my wallet.. please help
I think you need to take some basic courses on electricity. Usually, 8 volt solar panels are required to charge 2 volt batteries. The voltages of photovoltaic cells are set by the material they are made of, only current changes. If you hook up a 2 V solar panel to a 2 V battery, no current will flow, nothing would get charged. You would need some elaborate DC to DC voltage converters to charge a 2 V battery from 2 V solar panels. Solar panels can be connected in parallel or in series, as you've made the mistake of buying 2 V solar panel, you would have to wire them in series and have a charge controller that could limit the voltage of the charge. Did it ever occur to you that two 5 watt solar panels would not be able to provide the power needed by a 400 watt inverter? You're just running off your battery with your set up. Solar power is expensive power, you can not have solar without burning a hole in your wallet.
Q:Are solar panels durable?
Yes, solar panels are durable. They are designed to withstand various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and wind. Additionally, most solar panels come with a warranty of 25 to 30 years, indicating their long lifespan and ability to withstand wear and tear over time.
