- t-mobile indeed does not suck is probably your phone i work at t-mobile. I would try to help you but i work in a t-mobile store in london. i don't know why people always complain that t-mobile sucks indeed is one of the top cellphone companies over here in london. it probably sucks over there in the us cause over here it doesn't. Anyways try to go to the t-mobile store were u live they probably will help u.

- Q: I have a lg rumour phone since January and it recently dropped from my pocket. The phone itself works its just the screen or something in the screen cracked. It looks like the screen when I broke my laptop. I'm currently on a 2 year plan at Virgin. Can I replace my phone for another one? How much would I have to pay to get another phone? and I was wondering, my phone doesnt have a sim card, if i buy a virgin mobile sim card, can i insert it into my phone or something and transfer the data on to aanother phone? If I get the sim card, can i use it on other phones from other companies such as fido or rogers?
- ur on virgin mobile canada? well i guess u are. well if your phone doesn't have a sim card then it doesn't work with the GSM/HSPA phones. the phones like iphone,blackberry. are ones that use sims cardsalso the sim card will not work on other companies if u wanna get data off ur phone then u would use memory card. i am not sure if the lg rumour has MicroSD slots if u had the phone in january i doubt u can get a upgrade of any kind. i am pretty sure ull have to pay full price for it for a new lg rumor. also, the phone has warranty still BUT there is physical damage and usually people get denied new phones because they think you did the damage on purpose. which sucks all i can say is go to virgin mobile and ask if they can give u under the manufacturer warranty a new phone(i hope so) but thye might deny you as i mentioned about physical damage.

- Q: i just got this boost mobile motorola i475 i was wondering does this phone play youtube videos. Ive downloaded opera mini already but everytime i try to play a vid on youtube it will say protocol not supported. so can i get this phone to play youtube vids or what?
- The Motorola i475 is too old of a cell phones. It is what we call a WAP phone. It can't access any internet website like a desktop can. The internet on this cell phone is more of text and menus like when the internet was more of menus and numbers. It won't be able to play videos or anything like that. Even Boost Mobile won't even activate this cell phone. As you know Boost Mobile is getting rid of any cell phone that uses the IDEN network. The cell phone Motorola i475 is a IDEN network phone since it has that walkie talkie feature. Boost Mobile will no longer support IDEN cell phones but only use CDMA network. So this cell phone is obsolete. All their cell phones on Boost Mobile website only use CDMA network.

- Unless you're in the USA on a CDMA network, then all you do is to swap your T-Mobile SIM into the new phone. If the new phone needs a micro-SIM you can find instructions online showing how to cut it down to size, or you can order a micro-SIM (or get one free from a T-Mobile shop) and get your number ported from the old SIM to the new one (takes up to 48 hours). If the phone you've bought has been reported lost/stolen then it will get blocked and your SIM will not work on it. The phone will also not belong to you either, despite having handed over money for it. If you are on a CDMA network then you will have to tell T-Mobile the IMEI.
- Q: Hi. I recently got a new phone(LG Dare) and have just tried being on mobile messenger. Is there a way to be on-line/available to one or more of the contacts but shown as off-line to others in the list at the same time. Like what you would do from normal Messenger from the computer. If so how do I appear online while using Messenger to only those that I select as being available? Thanks in advance.

- Q: I have just received an upgrade from T-Mobile. Whilst I like the phone I want to unlock it so I can put a cheaper SIM in for my trips to Jersey. Only one network on Jersey (UK).The phone is a Samsung U800 which seems to prove hard to unlock??An internet service could not help and Tmobile says it takes 28 days.Does anyone know of a high street shop that could unlock and not charge that much?Cheers
