- I've been peripherally involved. It really depends on the inspector. If you get an anal one, watch out. Guides: 1) Have all your safety records in order, with complete documentation. If you have notes for improvements and follow-ups, be sure they are done. If you don't, that's a flag for a complete inspection. 2) Be sure someone is with the inspector at all times, and all questions and requests are funneled through that liaison. Don't let the inspector go off on their own. 3) Don't volunteer (expound) on answers. Only answer what the inspector asks for. Be sure all employees know this as well. They can ask employees questions. 4) Be sure employees have answers, they should know about (Proper use of safety equipment. Where to find safety info, etc.) Be sure they are using safety equipment during the inspection (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) 5) Be sure sign off sheets and documentation is complete. That's all I can think of. If they make a run through and don't find anything early on, it'll go smooth. If there are questions without answers, or documentation that isn't completed properly, they'll get out the microscopes.
- Q: I really like the drop deck because i know its good for cruising and going down hills such as the landychratz but heres my issue. I am really worried at how easy it is to stop the drop decks and what would happen for instance if i went really fast over a speed bump when i skate i just lift up the front and kinda launch but i dont see how that is possible with a drop deck please any suggestions advice would be awesome
- The term scientific equipment is pretty vague. I run a lab, and we have a lot of equipment that is strictly for scientific use but we also have a lot of everyday items repurposed for use in the lab, and some things (like an industrial hydraulic press) that you wouldn't usually think of as being science-related. Gloves, goggles, masks, and labcoats would be PPE - Personal Protective Equipment. Since wearing PPE that is appropriate for whatever you're doing in the lab is extremely important, I'd call it a category of scientific equipment.

(M.E.K) nasty stuff, but it should do the trick. just make sure you wear rubber gloves, safety glasses and you do it outside. pour some on a rag, wipe down the board, let it sit for a second, rub it lightly, and wipe off. just make sure you dont get it in your eyes if nothing else.

Wear an apron to prevent damaging of clothing. 6. Wear close toed shoes as to not drop the machine on your feet. 7. Don't wear bracelets or stuff that could get caught in machines. 8. Pay close attention to what you're doing, don't look away while the machine is still running. 9. Keep hands away from the place you are working on. 10. Keep hair tied up while operating. You can mix them up, I was just thinking of safety precautions from when I took woodshop.

- As a former Universal Electronics alarm tech I can tell you that alarms every one and then can trigger a false alarm. Just make sure to contact your company to check for weak or bad connections on the wiring and also to check the back up emergency batteries to make sure they are not bad. This are few of the mains reason for alarms to go off every one and then. Good luck!
