Q: I have a w385 Krzer on Boost Mobile's UNLTD plan. I like the Krzer and all but I'd like a new phone but keep the same number and plan. I was just on their site and was looking at all their phones but there is no option to buy a new phone in replacement of your other. the Krzer w385 does not have a SIM card so I can't but another phone online to swap card into I don't think. Q: If you have a t-mobile phone you know that your phone sometimes says other services than t-mobile under the service indicator. Because when your t-mobile service is down the netowrk works off of the other towers. Anyway, my t-mobile service is always two bars or less in my home area. I use to be able to work off of cellularone and att but now it says SOS. How do I make it not say SOS so I can work off of the stronger tower in my area? If I won't be able to make it stop, how can I boost my t-mobile service? Don't say get another phone cause I can't. I'm under two year contract. Thanks.: Well unfortunately you cant make the SOS go away thats just an indicator that you dont have service. There is something you can buy called a service booster, sold at Best Buy, T - Mobile, or any online store (Amazon, OKorder, and so on) these boosters may increase your service but you cant just feed off of another network by option. The reason your phone would say Cellular One or Att is just by chance not because you could control it. Apparently those cell providers have blocked their service from t-mobile users. Q: I have a T-Mobile phone with a 2 year contract, i was wondering if i can buy a new phone(t-mobile) and just take the sim card out of my old phone to put in the new one and in the process keeping my same number and still being able 2 continue in my 2 year contract?: You can do and still keep the same number. Because the number stays the same as long as you have the original sim card.

If you stay with either Tmobile or any other provider for another year they give you a free phone. but the catch is that you have to pay the full price plan of say ?20.00 per month. The way to do it is what I do.So here is my idea and it works and you get more than just one free phone. I was on 18 month price plan of ?20 per month. I rang them and told them that I do not want a new phone and asked that if i stayed with them for another 18 month then how much discount they would give me. The lady said ?6 discount per month( so i would pay ?14) a saving of ?108 over 18 month. And i said i will think about it. I then rang a day later and spoke to a different person and he gave me a discount of ?12( so i pay only ?8 per month) a saving of ?216 over 18 month. And the free phone was only ?89 phone. So i saved ?216 and then bought the phone for ?89(SAMSUNG D9000i) on PAYG. So in fact I could buy 2 phones and still save money. And finally never accept one answer.Ring them again and the chances are that you will speak to another person who is more helfulp

Anyone had any experiance with them?: I used to work at Virgin Mobile and when I was there I don't believe that they had free phone upgrades. I know that they would just give offers to random people, but for a phone upgrade all you could do is buy a new phone. The only time you would get a cheaper or new phone would be if they were having a sale on the phone or a promotion. Things might have changed but thats how it was.
