Acid Gas Incinerators also known as Sulphur Recovery Incinerators are mostly type of horizontal and cylindrical. Burners and Incinerator body shall be installed at ends of the body concentrically and laterally. Acid gas sprayed by spray gun mixed with high-strength swirl air will be sprayed to Combustor through burner throat and burn at firebox. The biggest advantage of Acid Gas Burners for Sulphur Recovery Unit is to ensure that acid gas and combustion air are mixed thoroughly and burned in the high temperature area which will achieve following purposes: 1. Extend the service life of catalyst bed. 2. Reduce the SO2 generation. 3. Minimize the corrosion of downstream equipment. 4. Raise the Sulphur recovery rate.

Off-gas Incinerator Burner

Off-gas Incinerator Burners are often used to burn H2S from Acid Gas Incinerators and remove it finally. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 650℃, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.

Ammonia Incinerator Burners are often used to burn acid gas and off gas contained ammonia, the flue gas after burning mixed with air will be discharged directly. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 1300℃ in order to remove NH3 in acid gas effectively, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.
