Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is non-ionic cellulose ether, made by natural high polymer cellulose as raw material and series of chemical processing. They provide water retention and cohesiveness to mixtures. With special modification, it can be used to control thickening, water demand, workability, sag resistance, strength and other important properties of the final product.
It is widely used as thickener, adhesive, water preserving agent, film-foaming agent in building materials, industrial coatings, synthetic resin, ceramic industry, medicine, food, textile, agricultural, cosmetic and other industries.

ETICS/EIFS
To save cost of heating or cooling power, ETICS (EIFS) (External Thermal Insulation Composite System / Exterior Insulation Finish System) is used to apply thermal insulating material and reinforcing mesh to the exterior of buildings.
HPMC is used in this application as a functional additive to improve adhesion strength, workability and pot life. Also it helps to delay drying out of the mortar surfae.

- Q: Can anyone recommend me a multivitamins that DOES NOT CONTAIN the ingredients magnesium stearate or stearic acid? I have heard reports on how both of these chemicals are harmful, and I have just found out that they are in ALL the vitamins I have been taking regularly for awhile now. In addition to not having these two ingredients in them, I‘d also prefer them to have the fewest additives as possible. Thanks
- it sounds as if you have been taking supplements bought at at supermarket or high street chemist. When I ran a health food shop, all my suppliers provided supplements with a healthy list of ingredients - so I suggest that you have a chat with an independent health food store - if in UK look for the NAHS logo (National Association of Health Stores) - if you do not have one of those handy, then look for the manager at a Holland Barret store (in UK)
- Q: main additives of lubricants?
- There are different additives for different things. Antioxidants to reduce thermal and mechanical decomposition. These are usually sterically hindered phenols and thiophenols. Thickeners which are usually lithium salts of fatty acids. Friction reducers which include P2S5 and various fatty acid thiophoshate esters. Corrosion inhibitors such as imidazolines.
- Q: this is a maths problem
- You can find the other examples.
- Q: what is the best fuel additive that will increase my gas mileage?
- Its not a fuel additive, its called common sense and reasonable driving habits. Even better, because it doesn't cost you anything, and it saves you money.

- Malcolm X My Mom Harriet Tubman Josephine Baker (Even though she's an entertainer, she challenged her surroundings and was one of the major people that spoke out against injustice behavior) Langston Hughes
- Q: What is called additive identity of rational numbers?
- Hi, The additive identity of rational numbers is the fact that you can pick any rational number, add 0 to it, and get the IDENTICAL number as the answer. So ? + 0 ? or ? + 0 ?. I hope that helps!! :-)
- Q: I lately have experienced some behavioral issues with my son and have learned that food additives such as BHA and BHT could be the problem because they may cause my sons behavior to worsen. He is already at a disadvantaged because both my husband and I were diagnosed with ADHD back in the 80‘s (we are the same age) so how can i assure that he‘s not getting these additives if the food companies don‘t put them on the box. I know that a box of cornflakes I bought today has them in it, does anyone know of what other things that my son eats contains these horrible preservatives. Also if anyone knows a good book that I can purchase about what to look for, I would appreciate it.Thanks!

- Q: 7 what is the additive inverse and what is the absolute value?
- I forget the name of the motorcycle, but it is made with a left handed operations. If you are buying a new motorcycle, the manufacturer or dealer can make the adjustments and they should be little or no cost to you.
- Q: Find Additive and multiplicative inverses of -10? What does that mean?
- A picture might help, or even some information about the bike itself, like the brand and model. As things are, we have to play a guessing game.
- Q: What food additives can not eat
- Colorants, emulsifiers, thickeners, preservatives, nutritional supplements, etc. Such as sunset yellow, carmine and caramel pigment is a permit for the use of food pigments.
