Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is non-ionic cellulose ether, made by natural high polymer cellulose as raw material and series of chemical processing. They provide water retention and cohesiveness to mixtures. With special modification, it can be used to control thickening, water demand, workability, sag resistance, strength and other important properties of the final product.
It is widely used as thickener, adhesive, water preserving agent, film-foaming agent in building materials, industrial coatings, synthetic resin, ceramic industry, medicine, food, textile, agricultural, cosmetic and other industries.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a general use resin that is finding wide application in goods used in daily life and in all kinds of industrial materials. HPMC is a main auxiliary for preparation of PVC by suspension polymerization.
- Q: i added a bottle of STP fuel injector additive to a full gas tank on my car and then some time after i went on the freeway and the light went on could that have caused it???if so should the light go off on its on or do i have to reset it?
- The additive can cause the light to go on. The sensors recheck the system after a little bit of driving, then the light would go off. If it doesnt go off then get the light checked, theres prob something else wrong.
- Q: I‘m starting to feel like i ate something with gluten but i can only think of the ground pork meat i cooked with yesterday. Do they put gluten in these meats?
- Not usually :/ If it was some kind of ground pork sausage then it's slightly possible there was gluten in one of the seasonings or additives. But just straight up ground pork shouldn't.
- Q: what is additive & subtractive colour in theory of light?
- RGB vs CMY The additive colour theory states that an merchandise reflects or transmits mild of right here colours by using including the two next to it (or leaving out the single that is lacking: pink - Y+M green - C+Y Blue - C+M while subtractive colour theory states that an merchandise absorbs right here colours and produces the single next to them: Cyan - pink Magenta - green Yellow - Blue Or by using subtracting those 2 colours from one yet another: Cyan - G-Y Magenta - B-Y or R-C (there are conflicting theories approximately this one considering magenta is genuinely an imaginary colour) Yellow - G-C SO: a Yellow balloon is a balloon that reflects yellow mild. considering there is yellow in green it is going to mirror that and look yellow in case you shine a magenta mild one it, magenta = -green that's comparable to pink plus blue. considering yellow is absorption of blue, pink would be contemplated: it is going to be pink
- Q: Have a 2004 Land Rover Defender T5. 180,000 miles. Runs and starts good but lots of smoke coming from the oil cap hole once removed. Dont want to rebuild, any oil additives or viscosity temp fixes until i rebuild. How do i know its not from valves? Thanks
- a lot of diesels have a more blow by then you would think. Does it use a lot of oil. If not I would drive it man.
- Q: What is the additive and multiplicative inverse of 2/3?
- Additive: The additive must reduce 2/3 to 0, thus, let x its additive. 2/3 + x 0 x 0 + (- 2/3) x - 2/3 answer Proof: 2/3 - 2/3 0 Multiplicative: The multiplicative must reduce 2/3 to 1, thus, let x its multiplicative. 2/3 * x 1 2/3x 1 x 1 / [2/3] x 1 * 3/2 x 3/2 answer Proof: 2/3 * 3/2 6/6 or 1
- Q: This came up in my phlebotomy class and the teacher didn‘t really know. It must be an anticoagulant, right?
- N is correct about it being Na citrate + dextrose; using packed cells (taking off plasma) removes some of it (it is about 50 ccs per unit of blood currently it is called CPDA-1). If this could be a problem, packed red cells can also be washed, removing all the anticoagulant.
- Q: this is a maths problem
- The thing fundamentally wrong with your question is that the additive inverse of a number a is DEFINED as the number b such that a + b 0. You can't possibly hope to justify a definition, you can just illustrate it. eg. The additive inverse of 2 is (-2) as 2 + (-2) 0. The additive inverse of 1/2 is (-1/2) as 1/2 + (-1/2) 0. The additive inverse of 2/5 is (-2/5) as 2/5 + (-2/5) 0. The additive inverse of 1 is (-1) as 1 + (-1) 0.
- Q: I just want a list of all food additives/flavor enhancers or basically anything that contains animals. I‘m not a vegan, so nothing to do with eggs/milk, but I do know certain cheeses have rennet in them. So I would just like a list of foods with any animal in them. I hope that makes sense!! Thank you soo much!! :)
- Two things to watch out for: rennet (which you mentioned, and it comes from the lining of a calf's stomach used to curdle milk for chese), and gelatine (which is made from crushed cow bones). Also, any shrimp powder or oyster sauce or chicken/beef flavourings. Those are things that I look out for on the labels.
- Q: What are the differences between the additive premix feed and the mixed feed?
- product standards are different. The former, which performs different product standards.
- Q: I have a 99 vw jetta.and the lifters are tapping.not bad.just looking for a cheap alternative.
- You can first try the Valvoline MaxLife oil the next time you change the oil and if that doesn't help, then you can try some STP or Lucas oil additive. This slightly thickens the oil and makes it stickier. Or you can bump up to a 10w40 oil and see if that helps. I ran 10w40 oil for many years in my older model cars and never had a problem even in the dead of winter. I used to use 20w50 in my VW GTI when traveling cross country, 900 miles in a day, and that cut down on the oil consumption. Good Luck!
