  1. Description

The process produces aluminium billets, together with a highly complex waste material. This waste is difficult to manage. It reacts with water, releasing a mixture of gases (including, among others, hydrogen, acetylene, and ammonia), which spontaneously ignites on contact with air;contact with damp air results in the release of copious quantities of ammonia

gas. Despite these difficulties, the waste has found use as a filler in asphalt and concrete.

5.FAQ

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

CIF,CFR, FOB and other.

Q: I need a detailed plan on how to make anything run on hydrogen for me to recreateNot to complicatedMaybe hydrogen fuel cell instructions, or how to make a hydrogen jet pack( doesn't have to lift someone, just a model that can still fly alone)
you are an Idiot! Sorry bout thatYour not an idiotJust ignorant (not sorry) working with, creating, storing, etcHydrogen is extreemly dangerous (ask any chemist)Forget what you see on youtube, That's all fake, they've been doing those experiments for over 200 years!!! Nothing new, just a neat trick/demonstration they are using such tiny amounts as to be totally useless!!! OK, Don't fck with that stuff!!! Get It!!!
Q: I have to find a great recipe for tonight's contest, and I can't find one at all! It has to be really unique, and have less than 1 hour prep timeWhat is your favorite recipe, that tastes amazing!?Thanks for your help!

Q: Measuring the Thickness of Aluminum FoilYour goal in this exercise is to determine the thickness of aluminum foil and to express your answer to the proper degree of uncertainty (that is, with the correct number of significant digits).Given a sheet of aluminum foil, determine its thickness using the following hintsThe foil sheet has a fairly basic 3-d shape and you know an equation to find the volume of that shape.Hand-in: Report a value for the thickness of aluminum foil, in units of centimeters and micrometersUse both words and specific calculations (no matter how minor) to explain how you arrived at this valueRemember to pay attention to significant digits.
Continue to fold it in half (or cut it in half) as many times as you can Put a very heavy and extremely flat weight on it to remove any air gaps Measure the height of the flat surface above a flat table Repeat measurement at different locations on the flat surface Average the measurements Divide by the number of layers.
Q: steal? aluminium? (i guess not, due to the light weight of aluminium, it would reduce stored energy over time, thus reducing impact forcebut maybe im wrong.)so i'd say steel, but what kind?
Generally, the block (body) cylinders, pistons, and connecting rods are made of aluminum now daysCrank shafts are made from a good grade of steelNow in the olden days, the block and cylinders and maybe the connecting rods were made out of cast ironAnd even today, some industrial strength modern engines are aluminum but have steel liners permanently attached inside the cylinders.
Q: I have the package for regular brownies, but would like to make them turtle styleCan I just add caramel topping to the batter? Also, I love them moist and not all hard on the edgesIs there a way to keep the edges from getting hard?

Q: I need suggestions of what to write about in an aluminium project. I have already written about properties, extraction and uses, I just need four more sub-topics to be suggested. Please include sources. Thanks.
1.Formation of pure aluminium oxide 2.Conversion of the aluminium oxide into aluminium by electrolysis 3.Some economic and environmental considerations 4.Environmental problems in mining and transporting the bauxite 5.Recycling 6.Uses of aluminium www.chemguide .uk/inorganic/ext...
Q: Im doing this Science project for school and i need help !! What are three house hold items for each element ?MERCURYALUMINIUMLEAD OXYGENHYDROGENCALCIUMCARBONSODIUMCHLORINEARGON
