Calcium Silicon Powder
1. Description:
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.
Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.
Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

3. Application:
(1) Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.
(2) CaSi is generally used in manufacturing steel of high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.
(3) CaSi is also served as a starting material for other special alloys, such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy.
(4) Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

- metals have free outer electrons that can move freely and conduct electricity. semi conducters will have this kind of property but they wont have the same structure. sometimes im not sure if this applies, but the electrons in a non metal can spread out over the molecule a bit like the electrons in a metal. this may allow them to conduct.

- Metal is the main all-encompassing genre. Heavy Metal is a sub-genre of Metal and I suppose you can call it the first sub-genre of Metal. I'm not good at describing music but basically to me Heavy Metal is vanilla Metal - it lacks the characteristics of all those other genres, doesn't have especially unique vocals. It's the most mainstream Metal sub-genre. Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Anvil, Grand Magus, Metallica (late), etc. are Heavy Metal.

If you just want to purify them, most ore sites worth exploiting do already have a company with a claim to the site sitting on top of it. It typically has guitar distortion, feedback and distorted vocals. Post metal in general is a stylistic fusion of heavy metal and/or shoegazing. The overall sound is very bass heavy, with guitars being turned down to B or lower. It is closely related to avant garde metal. Due to is experimentation and exploration of different sounds and uses of different instruments. Atmospheric black metal is more along the lines of a band like Ulver and Summoning. But blackgaze is influenced by atmospheric black metal. For more blackgaze look at bands like Ghost Bath, Vaura, Altar of Plagues and Alcest. In essence blackgaze is shoegaze and black metal combined.
