1. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
2. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?

- Q:Some people say that only natural tiles have radiation. Cheap certainly not a natural stone, there will be no radiation, is that right?

- I think I understand your question, the tiles you can't skate on unless you have roller hockey skates, it's called sport court. I play roller hockey and ice and the tiles for roller SUCK! If I were you I'd just go fin a certain kind of paint I can't recall the name of the brand, but paint the garrage floor with it and you can skate in there and stick handle if you have enough room. - Q:in the process of shopping i am coming across made in china flooring tiles, are these products durable, are they reliable, will there be a quaility issue with long term use? can anyone recommend a tile that is manufactered in the U.S.? there are so many different tiles on the market it is hard to choose, should we even be using a porcelean tile, what about vinyl sheet goods? this is a bathroom application..5‘ wide 7‘ deep
- Several types of tile are made in the US. Some include Florida Tile, American Olean some Laufen tile are made here. You don t necessarily need a 12x12 , you may want to consider a smaller tile in that space. Even some of the makers listed above import the tile from Turkey, China, Italy etc. Over the years I haven t done much China made tile so I can t honestly comment on that. Almost any tile made ( almost) will be fine in a residential bathroom setting. Porcelain tiles are fine but normal ceramics will also work well. Vinyl sheet goods will also work fine in a bathroom. They come in 6 and 12 ft goods, so a 6x7 foot pc will work excellent for you since you won t scrap out much and you ll be seamless. - Toffy's okorder /... Basically, you'll need to get the tile very clean, paint in several coats and then seal it with a good urethane. You need to be cautious about floors that will consistently get wet which would cause you problems with the paint and urethane. Also, if you paint and seal your floor I would treat it more like a wood floor as far as cleaning is concerned since you're now just going to be cleaning a urethane surface. Lastly, can I offer some free advice? Once you start painting that floor there is no turning back. It would be almost impossible to remove the paint if you don't like the way it looks and you would probably just have to rip the flooor out or put another flooring over the top of it as Toffy mentioned. If I was thinking about doing this, I would get some similar tiles to what you have and just lay them on a piece of plywood in the garage and do a quick grout job. It doesn't have to be perfect. I would do some testing with paint and urethane to see how it looks and how well it will hold up to wear.
- Q:We are building a tile shower and we have gotten it framed the way we want it. We haven‘t installed the backerboard or tiles yet, just the studs are placed. Do we need to backerboard and tile the sides where the door will be, or can we install the shower door directly to the bare wood studs?
- Tile out even with the threshold. Your bull nosing (SBN) should come right down atop your sill so that every thing will line up. - Q:I‘m installing a kitchen back splash of 1 x 1 glass tile. Right now there is drywall where the tile will be. I‘ve read that it is better to use cement backing board as a substrate. Is this really necessary or can I just use thin-set to mount the tile directly to the drywall and then grout as usual? Thanks for your help!
- In a kitchen setting, the drywall will be fine.
- Q:Hi, I just wanted to know if Ceramic tiles are better than stone tiles? When we signed a contract for a new house, they offered us Stone tiles, but now they are calling us and telling that they do not offer stone tiles instead ceramic tiles are now standard. I wanted to know which one is better and why?
- Ceramic tile is cheaper than stone but we have installed ceramic or porcelain tiles in all bathrooms for the ease of upkeep. Stone does look richer but it needs to be sealed at least once a year maybe more. The sealing part is easy but the stone tile needs to be completely clean first. That is the 'hard work' part. Ceramic tile will hold up to almost anything in a bathroom and the grout is the only thing that needs sealing. (You'd probably have grout to seal with the stone too) If you signed for stone, I'd make sure that they are going to give you some kind of refund for the difference of the cost. They are saving a a few bucks here so make them pass it on.
- Q:Has anyone ever used the spray glaze you can use to paint ceramic tile? I have some ugly green tile on the walls in my bathroom, and I don‘t want to get into busting it out. I saw it used on HGTV, but I want to know if any REAL people have used it? If so, was it expensive? Easy to use? Did it run? I will take any other ideas anyone has for an inexpensive way to do something with this horrible green!
- It's called re-glazing. There are companies out there that re-glaze bathtubs and ceramic tile. A bathtub can cost about $700 to re-glaze. Home improvement centers have re-glazing kits but they are only as good as the applicator. What's more important than the re-glazing kit, is the preparation. The glaze on the green tile needs to be dulled by acid washing. If you go over the green tile with it's slick surface, the re-glazing will peel off...
