Glass Feeding Manipulator (Robotic Arm)

This machine is applicable to the glass feeding process in solar module production line.

It is used to grip glass sheets onto conveyor lines and separate paper sheets respectively.

                                        Process

Glass stacks are previously positioned at the in-feed station manually. The glass-loading manipulator maneuvers

over a glass stack, grabs a sheet of glass with its sucking disks, and then put it on the in-line timing conveyor.

Meanwhile, the paper-picking manipulator moves on, picks up the paper with its clamp and put it into the paper trunk.

The cycle repeats.

It is characterized by its compact structure, reasonable layout, light weight,easy operation, safe & reliable work,

and high level automation. It can be widely applied to solar module production in PV industry to alleviate the

hardness of  manual labors and meanwhile to achieve an excellent social and economic benefit.
