- Q: I am doing an energy audit for a plastic manufacturing company for my final year university project. The company runs on 3 phase and has a large variety of different machinery (blow molders, injection molders, compressors, refrigerators etc) I am required to measure each component and determine how much is contributed to the monthly electricity bill. What is the best way to do this? Is there any pieces of equipment I can use (such as something similar to the kill-a-watt) which can attach to the machine and measure kW usage? The machines run on demand so therefore taking an average from the specifications would be too inaccurate.NEED SOME HELP PLEASE :(
- If it runs on demand, whatever you put down will be correct. Let them prove you wrong! Or you could guestimate how long they are used each day and take the nameplate power rating off the machine, then do the math.
- Q: What's the level of the construction machinery in China?
- First, the team is definitely not, but it takes up most of the second team.
- Q: I am not talking about homemade reloading. I'm talking about pooling up some money with some of my friends to buy commercial bullet/ammunition making machinery equipment, to manufacture our own ammunition from scratch, from the basic materials such as powder, lead, brass, and copper to the finished product = 1 fully assembled round of ammo.Due to the ammo shortage I see now, I see a great investment and commercial opportunity. Lead, copper, brass, and powder can be found in vast quantities, but ammo is in a shortage. But if I have the machines to melt, process, and combine these materials, I no longer have an ammo shortage. Where can I buy commercial ammo making machinery?
- In reality you WON'T save money by reloading 5.56,7.62x39 or 54R,there is just too much cheap stuff available and you will take too long recouping your costs when accounting for the press, dies, accessory equipment plus your consumables-and THEN add in your time. Reloading works well to gain accuracy or load for expensive or less supported cartridges-I reload for a 300 WSM instead of spending $40+ a box,so reloading for the other rifles is a bonus save/accuracy gain. If you had a WSM,Weatherby proprietary,RUM,RSAUM, boutique cartridges, 375 HH or larger;or things like a hot 6.5 x 55 Swede load,7mm Mauser, etc it would return your investment quickly. Your 300 Win Mag might get some accuracy gains and of course you can load specific bullets, but when you add a pistol cartridge you start needing a turret press instead of a single stage-almost doubles the press cost. Not going to dissuade you from reloading for what you can gain, but economically,it takes a while to see a benefit-and in the Russian loads you are dealing with questionable accuracy gains anyway. Best thing is to see what the Lee,RCBS,Redding,Hornady kits have in common-press,scale,hand primer, Lube Pad,etc-add to that a decent dial caliper, case trimmer of some type(Lee and RCBS take two TOTALLY different approaches),tumbler, and a bullet puller maybe.
- Q: I want to start getting some machinery for woodworking, but i prefer if i live in an apartment rather than a house. Are there small buildings to rent out to use for workshops? Or should i look for apartments that come with a separate garage and put it all in there? I feel like they wouldnt allow that, but i havent asked. If those dont work should i just consider resting out a house? What are my options?

- Q: What does to dowel an equipment mean? (referred to rotation machinery)?
- Dowels are meant to locate, fasteners only fasten.
- Q: Labor costs, materials costs, machinery costs accounted for the total cost of the project
- Industrial buildings are mainly equipment valued for larger ones. Labor costs 13-16%, material costs (including equipment) 62-68%, mechanical costs 5-8%, and the rest is safety civilization, management fees, profits, fees, taxes
- Q: Whats the biggest piece machinery you ever drove?
- 7 tonne forklift 10 tonne crane hugs xxxx
- Q: I have never dealt internationally before and am a little leery about doing so. The seller looks legitimate but how can I be sure? Is there a way to check if there were problems with their machines, quality issues, etc?
- Contact their nearest Embassy they will have a Trade Commissioner you can discuss it with. Contact your own Government somewhere you will have a Trade Department. Both these can do checks on your behalf for free. QUALITY 1: Ask for some references where they have sold their Machines etc, then check up on them. QUALITY 2: If you are dealing with Asia most don't know what quality is and will openly lie to you, especially China. Did you know over 50% of Chinese Toy manufacturers this year went out of business because of Quality problems? Believe me it is a problem in most of their manufacturing industries.
