Brief Introduction:
Milling machine is suitable for crushing strength barite, limestone, ceramics, slag, etc. Mohs hardness of not greater than 9.3 and humidity below 6% of non-inflammable mines, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries more than 280 kinds of materials the high fine powder processing, product particle size 80-425 head of the regulator (the smallest 1,000 head). Increased through a special device inside the machine, can produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder.
Working Principle:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products

- Q:It seems additive layer manufacturing comes in laser to metal format,if so, acquring just one of these machines (although I realize at a ridiculously high price) covers all the functionalities of many variations of CNC machines. - 3D printing is a great technology getting better all the time. While the 3D printer can make all of those shapes within a certain precision (they lay down thin sheets of plastic on top of each other) there are many limitations of the process, such as size, materials, precision, and manufacturing throughput that make it not the best choice in all cases. I designed a part recently out of aluminum that thermally connected a tank to a cold plate heat exchanger. It was made on a CNC mill and could not have been made with 3D printing. Because of the size of it, even if there was a material available, 3D printing would likely have been at least 10X more expensive than CNC milling was. More processes gives engineers more design freedom to come up with better stuff.

- I grew up in the same situation and always was called a laborer even though I was doing some welding and learning the art of fabrication. I am not sure of the law but I say if you are interested in doing it, start as soon as you can and listen to as much knowledge as you can.
