Q:why are there lumps on my scaffold peircing :S?
I had the same situation occur when I got my scaffold/industrial done. I wouldn't be too concerned. The lumps are called hypertrophic scars, and supposedly they are pretty common and are caused by overcleaning, harsh products, or (as I think was my case) general irritation from the jewelry moving repeatedly back and forth through the piercing or being bumped around or rubbed/touched. Mine lasted quite a long time. Try leaving your piercing alone for a couple of days. Then salt water solutions or compresses are supposed to help the lumps to heal, and I also used tea tree oil and neosporine intermittently. Hot compresses like a heated washcloth applied to the area help to reduce the lumps, as well. Sometimes it's recommended to try another type of jewelry, like titanium, or switch temporarily to two separate bars. You might also try finding a really gentle cleanser/soap. I just kept my original piercing, using the above techniques off and on, and after months of the lumps remaining red and sore, they just went away totally. Just keep your eye out for any pussing (hypertrophic scars ooze, but they don't usually pus), increased swelling, and the area feeling very hot- these are signs of infectiona nd you should see your doc right away. Good luck! :)
Q:Which piercing hurts less - helix or scaffold?
Helix will be less painful. It's kind of obvious that it would be a helix is probably one of the easiest piercings you can get I got mine done when I was like 13 and I didn't even flinch getting it done. A scaffold is definitely more intense. After all there are 2 incisions for this piercings so it's gong to be twice as tough. It's sore haling too, the bar is awkward and when it moves it hurts. A helix is far easier :)
Q:Do you have to have a certain ear shape for Industrial/Scaffold Piercings?
Only a professional piercer can decide if your ear can handle and industrial piercing. Consultations are free and I highly recommend booking one before you get the piercing. Mine was $70, but my regular piercer does them for $50. It just depends on what shop you go to.
Q:what is the height of a scaffold if the person is 6ft tall?
Whatever they set it at. It could be 1 foot, 4 feet, or 20 feet. How tall a person is, is irrelevant.
Q:The role of the external scaffolding and the relevant provisions?
These two functions are often concurrent. With the protection of the role of security, in order to play the role of height operation; can not guarantee the safety of the role, the construction personnel can not operate on the above. These two functions, the protection of human safety is the first. Construction workers in the scaffolding on the construction work, there is a sense of security, construction progress, the quality of the project is sufficient protection, in order to create good economic benefits. Otherwise, once the danger of scaffolding, will cause many casualties, causing significant losses. Therefore, in the development of scaffolding support programs and scaffolding erection, we must firmly grasp the quality.
Q:Where to use scaffolding in construction
5, the level should be closed: the first step, every step or two, covered with planks or hand foot fence, scaffolding to laying along the long, joints should be overlapped in the small bar, do not appear short board. And in between in the pole and the wall every four steps long laying safety bottom fence.6, vertical closure: from the second step to the fifth step, each step required in the outer row of pole side door set like baluster 1.00m high and block feet or to set up protective net, rod (net) and the vertical rod fastened; more than fifth steps in a protective railing, should all the safety fence or security legislation net; in the street or densely populated areas, should be from the second step, the safety fence or outside of all network security legislation.
Q:Scarlet Letter Scaffold scenes?
do you mean the part where she's on the scaffold with pearl when she's just born or when the three of them hold hands and then the priest has to leave? Well either way, the scaffold means embarrassment, it's like having to wear the A but being more upfront with people so you don't really have to explain yourself, everyone just knows. That's the reason, i forget his name, the priest that's pearl's father, goes up to the scaffold, because no one knows he secretly wears the A that's why going on the scaffold allows him to free himself of guilt, he wanted everyone to know so he would stop living in hidden pain but when pearl and her mother come, it makes it too real for him, he kind of wakes up, you could say, so he becomes too frightened and decides not to carry out his plan.
Q:Which accessories are included in a movable scaffold
Mobile scaffolding is the main frame, cross frame, cross diagonal brace, foot board, adjustable base and other components. The cross rod is also called the diagonal pull rod, and is a cross connecting rod which is vertically connected with the two door frames. The part of both ends of the rod part is punched with a pin hole, and the locking pin on the vertical rod of the door and the frame is locked when assembling.
Q:Can anybody provide me the formula for calculating scaffold volume on circular tank?
Step 1. Measure the diameter of the tank (D). Step 2. Measure the height (h) for a vertical tank or length (l) of a horizontal tank. Step 3. Calculate the cross-sectional area of the tank using Equation 1. Equation 1: Cross-sectional Area, A = 3.14 x D x D/4 Step 4. Calculate the volume of the tank in cubic feet using Equation 2. Equation 2: Volume in cubic feet = A x h [for a vertical tank] Volume in cubic feet = A x l [for a horizontal tank] Step 5. Convert the volume of the tank from cubic feet to gallons using Equation 3. Equation 3: Volume in gallons = (Volume in cubic feet) x 7.48
Q:Piercing question: How do I know what size industrial/scaffold bar to get?
Please ignore the the bigger the better idea. A longer bar can be as bad in an industrial piercing as a shorter bar can be. It really depends on what size you were pierced with...16g o 14g. Industrial piercings are typically done at 14g, 16g would be too small. The length depends on your really should go to a professional piercer to get the bar put in since your piercings aren't completely healed. That way everything can be 100% sterile and they will be able to fit the proper length of jewelry into your ear.
