- Q: iron and iron
- Iron is a mineral. It is a metal. The inactive ingredients in iron tablets are made of the same kind of chemicals as vitamins.
- Q: Difference between Bronze and Iron.?
- Tools are not made of the pure element iron, because it is simply too soft to be useful. As I understand it the Hittites developed a techniques for working iron that incorporated carbon and over came these difficulties, and so introduced the iron age. We think of carbon +iron as steel, in fact cast iron is an alloy of silicon and carbon with iron. Both remarks are imprecise, which is not surprising since metallurgy is complicated and for most of history was an art not a science. Certainly there are many uses for which bronze are more suitable than iron. or even steel including many household objects.
- Q: I was taking iron supplements but I was afraid that I was getting far too much iron which I know isn‘t good either. However, I‘m afraid now that I am lacking iron, I don‘t feel symptoms or anything but I stupidly forgot to eat plenty of iron-rich foods. I think I‘m okay, but I was just wondering if I should take supplements again, and if so how often, etc? Oh, and I‘m 17 and a vegetarian but doing my research into becoming vegan (how I came across my lack of iron-rich foods, haha)Thanks in advance. :)
- Too much iron can be very bad for you.iron supplements are dangerous if taken to excess. Focus on getting it in your diet instead. Spinach, curky kale and broccoli baked beans (a half can provides quite a lot of iron) branflakes Dried apricots, prunes and figs (great for snack attacks) blackstrap molasses (sweet, sticky by-product of sugar products.lots of vegetarians take a couple spoonfuls of this a day for iron and other stuff. You'll either love the taste or hate it) tofu red lentils brown rice sesame and pumpkin seeds (sprinkle a spoonful of raw seeds over salads, soups, and your evening meal) dark chocolate (don't use this as an excuse to go on a binge lol) Also get lots of vitamin C as it helps iron absorption in the body.
- Q: Can we save the iron and some energy?
- I hang the wet sheets over a banister or railing to dry after pulling them tide and even. I'll need hardly any ironing after than besides perhaps the edges of shams if too wrinkled for extra delight;-)
- Q: i don‘t have an iron flat spray. can i use hair moisturizing cream??? i don‘t want to know what flat iron sprays are better i want to know if i can use hair moisturizing cream for the iron flat
- I think that's going to wind up infusing too much moisture into your hair, and then it might look greasy. Anything you put on hair before flat ironing is in essence, infusing your hair. You want to look for products that contain no alcohol.
- Q: i‘m 14 and my mom said that i have low iron.What does that mean?God bless
- it means you are not getting enough iron in your diet, or you lack adequate amounts of certain vitamins in your diet that help you absorb it. iron helps you produce hemoglobin which is the oxygen carrying component of your blood cells. low iron levels are typically easily corrected by changes in dietary habits or taking a well rounded multivitamin that contains iron.
- Q: I say Iron Man
- Iron Man. Even if Spider-Man was wearing the Iron-Spider suit that Iron Man made, he'd end up losing. Also, Iron Man incorporated his own spider sense into his armor and he can effectively nullify Spider-Man's.
- Q: I‘m getting new irons and they are going to have rifle shafts(not project x) and my irons right now are regular flex. My iron swing speed is 80 mph.and driver is 85 mph. So what would that be in rifle standards.
- Im allergic to nickel and sterling silver.
- Q: What are some plant processes that involve iron? or how do plant cells use iron?
- Plants use inorganic minerals for nutrition, whether grown in the field or in a container. Iron is one of the micro nutrients required by the plants. Iron is necessary for many enzyme functions and as a catalyst for the synthesis of chlorophyll. It is essential for the young growing parts of plants. Deficiencies are pale leaf color of young leaves followed by yellowing of leaves and large veins. Iron is lost by leaching and is held in the lower portions of the soil structure. Under conditions of high pH (alkaline) iron is rendered unavailable to plants. When soils are alkaline, iron may be abundant but unavailable. Applications of an acid nutrient formula containing iron chelates, held in soluble form, should correct the problem.
